Bill had the solution.

There is a product made for this purpose. It isn't cheap and is a royal PITA to install but it does work. It solved my raining issue just like yours on an open end wing on my last shed and the roof color was white!

I tried pouring concrete but that only made my wallet lighter and the concrete wet. It still rained in the morning just as the sun peaked over the ridge and hit the shed roof. This is why I installed a traditional wood deck and shingles on my new shed to prevent all the micro-climate issues.

There are several good ways (some mentioned above) to incorporate while building to prevent this but you need something to do now.

The stuff I used came from Tech Supply in 5 gal buckets. I used a sheetrock mud sprayer (can you say MESSY?) to fling it upwards. I would recommend a proper spraying device as I just used what I had. It turned out really well, looked great and it quit raining.

It would not hurt to take the tractor in so the can look at the rops to make sure that it is not bent in any way. If it is bent that bend will become you weak link and if it should happen to roll again the structure may fail. Better safe then sorry.

Kioti has set up dealer parts centers around the country any part is said to be available in 24 hours.
I believe Beagles price is very good as that is near the list for the CK20 without FEL. I would think 13K would be very good for the CK25 with FEL. Your price is near list.

I also agree that the tractor's a great way to jockey the trailer around. In fact, the ball mounted on the 3PH is really slick. You can back up to the trailer, raise the ball and grab it, don't even have to get off the tractor. It also puts the ball farther out back so you can really turn super tight.

Ken is right the dead or winter tends to be the lowest. The NH prices seem high compared to here. I could get a TC45 for the same prices. I don't think you could go far wrong with the Kioti and $4000 in the bank.

I *think* it includes much of the same stuff as the trailer tow group. Tranny cooler, largest radiator, plug in the firewall for wiring, ect. Most of this stuff already comes on the HD package, so... ??

I have seen pictures of plates rigged up by some dealers to mount the hydraulics to the tractor. That would be a much cheaper alternative.

I concur with DR that you need a bit wider blade to use effectively with your tractor. Some weight might be needed on the front, but I don't know for sure.

In the past I've hired a couple different fence building firms and both did me a good job and the cost was'nt out of line. Both bought their materials by the semi load direct from the producer thus saving the retail markup. Another nice feature was that you had no half rolls of wire, etc. leftover to deal with and have money tied up in. Take a little time to check them out first, I'm sure there are dishonest operators in that business just as in any other business. Best of luck. Frank.

WingedV, Thank you for checking! I went to the NH dealer today, seems they made an error on the shipping of the Snowthrower and the final price is now $30,500. Same quote as you. Needless to say, once I found that out I signed the credit app and hope to have my new tractor before the first snow.

For a barn, I think I would use the cable you used or maybe one size larger to a 100 amp temporary pole/panel assy. 30 amp is not really adequate for generic us at a barn in my opinion. I purchased a 100 amp service pole to include the meter mount base, 100 amp circuit breaker box, weather proof 120 volt weather proof receptical, 16' pole with copper grounding strap, 8' grounding rod, and 80 lb. bag of concrete for $488. Keep an eye out in your local "Free Cycle" website as I just got one for free. I am a moderator on out local Free Cycle websit so let me know if I can get you pointed in the the right direction as far as web sites if you are a "thrifty" farmer like me. ;O)

I have an RTR 1558 Land Pride tiller and it works fantastic, BUT Land Pride asks a very excessive price premium in my opinion. Nearly double what King Kutter gets for a full width 96 inch tiller. I am real happy with mine but the price issue makes the Green paint on Deere products vs the beige paint on Land Pride products look like Walmart prices. I would say the in the instance of heavy commercial use, Land Pride is money WELL spent

I am looking to see if anyone could give me an idea on what would be a good price on a new 2520 with a loader. I also looked at the larger tractor which is is the new 3120. Any ideas on a good price for it with loader as well. I also would like to know what the ground clearence is on both the 2520 and the 3120 as I cannot find that on the JD site or in the brochure. Any help is appreciated.<br>

Thanks for the help. Where did you buy your lights? Automotive shop? The NH dealer has lights here (50W) for $37 each, but I wasn't sure that was a good price.

It depends on the soil type and condition. At my home garden spot, my TC29 easily pulls a 5' tiller through the sandy soil (that has been worked a couple of years in a row). At my pumpkin farm 10 miles away, the same tractor struggles because of the heavier soil and some fresh plowing. Of course it will do an adequate job, we just have to go very slow sometimes.

By the way, the narrower tillers will usually offset so that you can cover your tracks or get close to edges.

All in all, I'd be happy with either a 4' or 5' tiller; a 5' is just what is available to me right now.
