Hettric, those numbers make total sense, but based purely on just one point of view.

Liability.

The higher a load gets the more chance there is the machine could tip since the front axle pivots in the center. The machine would therefore be rated for higher loads low to the ground where it is safer.

Again, breakout is a whole different story since it uses several hyd. ciurcuits and not just the lift cylinders.

i asked to borrow the trailer not for delivery. the property where i will be using the machine first is 50+ miles from their location. i also need to drop it by my house (10-15 miles in the other direction) and scrape the yard to level out some places where stumps were ground. they have not refused to deliver.

So far all those we've sold have been great. The hydro's PTO power loss is looks like sure disaster to the novice but for people in the know it most often is the most logical choice. For the size of your property you could also consider going to the B-7800.

You might look at some of the units built by some of the other companies Like Cadet builds a good six wheeler with rear suspension and is Honda powered but I wonder if the need is really that great for the six wheeler and maybe just a solid four wheeler dump design would work as many of them will easily carry 1000 lbs and they work great.

With the BH running off a PTO puimp, it will be completely independent of the FEL circuit. The pressure relief for the BH will be on the valve body. You will see a cup shaped cap on the valve. Remove the cap and there will be an adjustment screw on the PR valve. Make sure you put a pressure guage in the circuit before you adjust the pressure relief. Running at higher than spec. pressure can cause damage and be dangerous. The other possibility is the pump. When you have the pressure guage in the system, you will be able to presssure test the pump. Make sure the pump is able to develop the rated pressure.

I just spray them with WD-40. We also spray the 3-pt linkage with WD-40. It helps keep them clean, especially the ball joints on the arms.

A basic test would be to ping tractorpoint dot com from your machine. Look at the results for lost packets, number of hops and time values. Then ping a site that is working fast for you and compare. Sometimes the route taken between your machine and a site might get 15-20 hops will cause it to be a lot slower.

If you are looking for a new lawn tractor in the 18 horse 3-5 acre rated range Deere has lost their collective mind and are offering the LX-280 with 48c deck for ..$3885.... otd. It lists for 4650 and with 5% tax otd should be $4881. I got this deal at Smith Implements in Mercersburg Pa( a 75 mile hike but 500 better than my dealer in Winchester). i tried to give him my business but his line was "thats below my cost, if you can get it for that make the drive." Even with the price of gas and renting a trailer I still made out like the proverbial Bandit. The 500 off deal is good through Oct but the extra 500 is (as far as I can tell) just a few dealers but the deal is out there. I believe Smiths has a couple more available at this price.<br>

Depth is determined by frost line in your area. When in doubt put it a little deeper.

Be aware the Miss Utility/BUD programs only locate utilities going from the curb! They couldn't tell me where my propane line was from the house to the underground tank, and my gas company doesn't seem to know or care. They also don't know where my septic is; other than the general location of tank and drain field my county health dept has, nobody can tell me where it is but me. Just something to keep in mind.

Definitely bury it FAR from that gas line. Last thing you want is to bump into that line when digging your water line.

If you're not ready to install sewer lines from the garage, why not just install a hydrant right outside your garage for water?

There is no seal. It's simply a hole in the plastic rubbing the steering wheel shaft. I've used grease. But if this doesn't work again. I will clean it off and try silicone. Thanks.

Actually I think the two halves of the shroud are resonating and I don't think the hole/shaft rub is the actual problem. I might try a silicone film between the two plastic halves to act as a dampener. It's very loud.

I noticed this a couple of weeks ago. CRAP is right. I liked to use it to look up machines by serial numbers or find hp ratings. You could use machinefinder dot com and search through results to see asking prices of equipment. Not as good as what machinerylink had though.

Pretty straight-forward things doorbells are, a button completes a low-voltage circuit and energizes a solenoid, it in turn fires a steel rod into one or more chimes.

Absolutely anything that completes the circuit will work, and for as many doorbells as the cumulative current carrying capacity of the contacts will take.

I ran a pair of relays to the doorbell at my house then hooked them into the light switch for the basement and shop. If the lights are on in either (or both) the shop or basement the bells there rings as well as the main set.

Of course with a pair of Jack Russells Terriers around we hardly need a doorbell to let us know someone is at the door.
