So whats the latest? I have been away for a while and it seems like all must have cooled off a bit?
I have to tell you about my 2 NEW neighbors! First of all my dad was my old neighbor, so I lost the best a person could ask for, so anything else is playing catch up.
My neighbor to the south was cool (the father), his wife never spoke to us in 8 years though. His kids were hell on wheels with out supervision. Yes the father was cool but in the sense that he cared about nothing! To the point of his yard, kids, wife and just about everything else stinking! They got divorced and my NEW neighbor moved in. A 50-ish year old guy with grown kids (out of the house) and a girlfriend. They are soo good I can't begin to tell you (So far anyway) I talk with them get along great and even look forward to seeing them outside just to say hi. They take care of the yard, been clearing and cleaning for the last month! I could not ask for much better. They NEW one to my north, is the one I sold my dads house to. She is single and a hotty (Man I hope my bride dont see this! LOL) Well she is what she is I guess? A divorce lawyer herself she is very quite and we seem to get along just fine. She is a very nice lady but she does have 2 large dogs that make a lot of noise when ever they hear any noise at all, (even thogu they are in the house you can still hear these chubacca's all they way in my house. I am sure this will be a future problem (after school starts this fall) But nothing I think that will be too bad. So all in all, I think I have faired very well with all the NEW movement going on in my hood!
Hope things have improved for you (although I think they probably have not).
Hey you know I was kidding about the real NASTY things to do to him. Although A few of them would be fun and maybe warrented? LOL

Hardshell crabs have to be 5 inches tip to tip on their shell to be legal in Maryland. They can get up over 6 1/2 inches and the males are the only ones you buy by size. Females are considered low grade.

You might go to machinerylink dot com and click on tools & resources, then on the used tractor price guide. Follow the prompts. The price will vary between 2 or 4WD, model year and condition. You can get a good idea there. Be aware that their prices are usually dealer asking prices so are a bit higher than normal private party sales.

The 12/12 power reverser would be nice, and its a real nice machine you have it attached to.
Don't get me wrong, I do like hydrostats. And if I did landscaping every day for a living I would likely lean towards hydro.
But for personal/mostly weekend use I just never wanted or needed it bad enough to warrent the extra $$

Yooper My mustang has 535HP at the rear wheels and will run a 10.6 in the quarter. I know the new cobra will not do that but I still have to have one.

I have the BB60 on a B2910. You do have to pull back on the collar as you push forward onto the PTO shaft. The first time you'll think you'll never get it on but after you've done it a few times it gets a little easier.

Ditto Randy's comment. What I have seen look really good is for you to finish mow 25 feet or so along the perimeter and drives and larger areas near the house and any other area you wish to groom for looks, and let the farmer hay the rest periodically.

You might be able to rent a rock hound. We did that on a 1/4 acre lot we had and it did a great job. Not sure how big an area you need to do, or how big the rock hounds come.

This tractor from the attachemnts might have been used by a commercial landscaper although the hours are low. They normally say about 350 a year is average. To replace it today would be in excess of thirty thousand and I'd have to say the value of it would be bouncing close to the 20,000 mark depending on total condition. The tractor has 40 engine and 32 PTO horsepower with draft control as standard equipment on the three point hitch.

If it's the same as my L3130 the hydraulic filter is right under your right foot. I don't have a hydro so I don't know where the transmission filter is. You can reset the panel warning by holding down both selector buttons at once until the warning disappears.

I cann't get my gator to run. It was running a day ago now when I press the Gas it don't start nor will the bed lift its like it has a kill switch on. the battery is good and i checked the volts to the back of the key switch and they are good and also the lift switch. it's just want start when you press the gas. I jump the solenoid and it act's like it wants to start. Could it be the run relay by the battery?

I'm interested in adding a canopy to by BX. I want the rigid type, not just a sunshade. Curtis makes a very nice one in Kubota orange, but the price at nearly $600 is a lot to pay for a piece of plastic. Sims has one too, but it is so big it would look ridiculous on a BX.<br>

We have a 05 4Runner with 10,000 miles on it. We really like the way it handles and the quietness out on the highway. The vehicle seems tight and the ride is pretty smooth but not as smooth as the more car like Highlander or even my longer wheel base Tundra. It does seem to handle good on a well graded gravel road. We havn't had it a real rough pot holed road yet. It was my wife's pick between the Highlander and the 4Runner. I also planned to drive the Pilot but once she drove the 4Runner her mind was made up and we never made it to the Honda dealer. Since she let me buy a new tractor last year, a new zero turn mower and ATV this year I thought it was fair that she get to make the decision on the SUV. As far as reliability goes I don't think you will go wrong with either a Toyota or a Honda. Whether you like how they handle depends on how they feel when you and your wife test drive them. I guess it is like buying a tractor you got to get behind the wheel and see what feels comfortable. I did find Edmunds to be accurate on their invoice and MSRP figures.
