If you are referring to a drain cock on the bottom of the fuel filter bowl; it is intended to drain/purge water and sediment as well as aid the priming of the filter with fuel.

The BX23 was nice but was a VERY underpowered on the loader. The CK20 seems to have a better feel and plenty of loader and backhoe power. The problem also was that the Kubota dealer was not as accommidating as the kioti dealer was on trading. I would of took a bath if I stuck with Kubota. Kioti IS VERY WELL PRICED and am very happy with the new CK20HST L/BH

My call would be to keep the 4310. Just not enough difference between these two models to justify the HUGE loss you will take on the 4310. The 3320 would net you one half hp more than the 4310 you already has. Besides a few new features their is just not much difference in these two machines. Why do you want a 3320? Is there some special application you must have it for?

Make sure you're comparing comparable green and orange machines and not necessarily what the sales guy is selling. When I was shopping comparable Kubota & JD machines similarly equipped weren't far apart price wise.

I had a great weekend on the boomer tc40. This rig is awesome! Pulling a plow thru ground that should really not of been plowed (too wet still) and it just kept going! I am really impressed with the 4wd! The only thing that WOULD of stopped me would of been the ground pushing up on the frame. Of course I did not ever let that happen. Had to pull the plow out and as soon as I lifted her up the wd walked me right out of a soon to be fatal error if I kept on track. Like always when you start a project it get boring after an hour but I was looking for more ground to plow. If not for me running very low on fuel I would of found more ground (in anouther field) to plow. Good thing I got the field done that day because I dont think it has stopped raining since! <br>
One more good note. The fuel economy is awesome too! I am still amazed at how many hours you can go on 3/4 a tank with out having to refuel! Far and away it uses less than my lawn tractor! (it is a little better anyway). Well I have a full tank and am ready to get her cranked up again just as soon as it dry's up a bit. <br>
This TC40 is an awesome powerhouse and I am extremely happy with it. For awhile I was thinking I should of gone larger. Now that I have really put her to work I Know I have enough tractor for about anything I plan to throw at it.<br>

I stopped at my Woods dealer and he suggested that when draining the oil simply pull the lower plug and roll the unit backwards to drain the oil. Anybody have experience with that method?

I bought one a year ago and paid $10,879 for 2210 w/FEL. I did not get the mower so you'll need to add that to the pricing you got.

I'm very pleased as I use it on my 5 acres. I move reasonable sized rocks and just bought a 52" Woods tiller. I also have a box blade and snowblower for it. It does everything I need it to do.

I'd buy it all over again.

Check your thermostat!! It may not be opening up completely, as such the amount of coolant routed to the radiator would be reduced and its temperature far more sensitive to a restricted air flow.

Been away for a few days. Back to the original story and personal feelings aside, most states have a LAW that generally goes like this "You will be in control of your animals". This story is factually not much different from one where suppose a dog kills a prize bull calf worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Should the dog owner pay up - you bet, has he comitted a crime - you bet. The fact that it was a cat in this case is irrelevant, there also seems to be some history here with this animal's past behavior. Jail time, well that's the law and I assume it was written originally mainly to protect livestock owners from wanton stock loss due to poorly controled neighbor dogs and the like. Here I assume they applied it to a suburban situation. I suppose you could apply it to a childs hampster that gets lost at school and dose a whole load of damage to electrical equipment, you might have to pay up on "hammie's" behalf. I dont think the story is all that meritous from a "they were awarded how much?" perspective.

I just purchased a B3030.My needs are very simular to yours. I wouldnt consider anything smaller than the B. The full cat 1 hitch a plus. I have tilled with my 55" LP tiller and never had any problems with power. Over all a very good tractor. Lots of gadgets but if budget is a problem consider B7800. Same tractor with less gadgets

It would be rare with normal diging and proper cleaning prior to installation for that to happen. There are applications that do demand it and there area those times it just might be over kill.

None of the Fab Shops will sell any of their tubing for less than new price 9.97 lineal foot. and won't sell less than 6 ft lengths and the "poor boy" shid gets you nothing. Ha Ha

I fully understand companies wanting to make a profit. My beef was putting American workers on the unemployment line and put the money they would hav paid our workers into another country. I fully understand the economics of a $2.00 per hour labor base. My point was to apply that labor base towards the asian market and let American customers be services by American reprentitives.

As this client was one of the "big 3" computer companies, (and ALL computer companies use offshore call centers for support)your business will be routed to one of these offshore locations (Manila, Bangalore, etc.). Most of the callers end up frustrated with the communication barrier (yes, they speak english, but the comprehension is different) or the to the customer's problems are not fully resolved - causing the customer to call back again (hence driving up the support costs for the computer company). The goal is "first call resolution" - meaning the customer's problem is resolved onthe first call. If it isn't, the computer company has to pay the representative to take the customers call again (and again...)

I have no problem with companies making profits via cheap labor - there is a HUGE pool of money waiting for them in the shape of China (where they wouldn't know the difference between poor customer service and world-class customer service). I'm just mad about American's losing their jobs (not just mine) to a foreign country.
