I've been inching my way to this setup as well for my JD790.<br>
I'll measure for the length of the cylinders tonight. My last addition the tractor the Power Beyond Kit. That is the "unvalve" open line to the hydo system. It connects to the power beyond port from the FEL valve - remember this just flows the fluid when the machine is running, no control.<br>

I think that I�ll mount an arm off of the ROPS to mount another spool valve. DRankin has a nice looking setup like this.<br>

I just bought a Kubota M 4500 DT that looks and seems to be pretty good. Was wondering if anyone else has such an animal and might have some comments or opinions. Things to watch for? Is this a good machine? Thanks

On the other hand (fumes, etc.) I don't know anyone close by that has waterjet rig, and there's still the problem of hauling it there. I can manage to get good ventilation doing it outdoors.

Harbor freight has a plasma cutter for $800 that ought to do the job. Pay half the cost of the plasma cutter in one job!

35 amps, says it will do 3/8" steel. Is it junk?

Yeh, I knew that I would need new tires .Yours are the regular farm tires correct? Do you call them R-1s? What is your tree bucket called? Is it a JD item?

I often wonder who sets prices to the manufacturers. We often question them and find that they were unaware of better purchasing prices available. Or much the same as the insureance agent who starts on a 10% margin and then every year adds a percent or two and doesn't get caught until there customer checks another company and finds he can buy insurance for far less often the same amount he started paying ten years ago! There are many different reasons. We sell disc blades and arbor bolts for many discs and convert many of them into our Case system as the parts are half the price of the factory orignials even though they all came from the same factory. I recommend all to check all prices!

Have 1999, 28.5 Hp MF 1240, 4 wheel drive, manual trans, 16 gear,with front loader 2408 SMC Schwarz. Has 450 hrs, but motor was rebuilt at 350 hrs. Have 9" post hole digger, 5' box scraper w/ rippers & backblade, Germore front loader forks, 6' mower deck - Brush Hog, 5' rototiller- Brush Hog, Specco Quick hitch attachment, and Potato plow - Lienbach Line.

They covered a story like this on Americas Most Wanted a ways back. The difference was it was taking place in person instead of over the internet. They used phoney money orders/cashiers checks to purchase items, leaving the sellers without their vehicles and owing lots of money to the bank.

It is definitely a scam. You might conntact the FBI and see if they are interested in a sting on the guys, but that is the only type of businness you should do with these people. So, unless you want to try and take them down, just stay away from them.

By flexible workforce I am refering to the union rules that prevent the factory from moving people around to different positions to keep things running. Meaning, if certain departments are hit hard by illness, the union rules dictate only certain people can fill in. So we've had to shut lines down because of it. Then orders are filled and creates a whole mess down the chain.

The flexibility really comes into play in spring and summer when the absenteeism is at it's height. They just don't show up for work. So it would be great to be able to move people around to keep the critical lines functioning.

It's a shame because you can't find that kind of pay and benefits anywhere else for workers with only a high school diploma.

Thanks for that pleasant thought Lucerne! A friend of mine in Indiana would throw rocks at his wife when bailing hay. He'd be on the wagon and she'd drive the tractor. She was really happy when I would help him cause he didn't throw rocks at me.

The Kubota deluxe seats can be tuned to your weight and the terrain to help soften the ride. You might look into a deluxe seat for the 7610. I was quoted around $220 for the deluxe seat for the 7800.

I see you have a TC33D. When I was shopping NH didn't offer a factory TnT kit but the dealer was willing to fabricate a kit for me. I don't recall if NH had stackable SCV's or not and am not sure how the plumbing would work but I'm sure it could be done.

I spent probably $200 at a welding shop modifying my implements to be I-Match compatible, and for me it was money well spent. It takes only a minute or so to swap implements (well, those that take a pto shaft take a minute longer).

zip - I had the same problem as you not long ago. I was advised by the man that I beleive has all the answers & he advised me to spray white lithium grease on the valve that is mounted under your right foot (as your sitting on the seat). It comes in a spray can like wd40. I coated the daylights out of it & have plowed with my kubota twice since then with no freeze up. I was also advised to fill it up with grease but couldnt figure out were to inject the grease. Hope this helps.

You do not have to bleed the injector lines . The reason to bleed is because the injector pump can not pump air .I 've run 2, 3, 4, 6, & 8 cylinder engines out of fuel & I have never had to bleed an injector line to get one started.
