400' at 3' deep will take the best part of a day to dig.
Figure another full day or more to lay the pipe or conduit, backfill and level.
It still beats paying a contractor to do it or renting if you already have what you need to do the job.

Brokenarrow, Too bad about the lockout/strike. I am a retiree from CNH, just down the road from you, Waupaca, I also worked for Case, Case IH, and now have little to do with CNH. I started just out of high school in 1965 . I went through 2 yrs. of training through Gateway for tool and cutter grinding upstairs in the Clausen works. I went into experimental and finally took the machinist training program they had in the tool room for 2 years. I ended my time working there at T-plant tool room basically running the Big boring bar or anything else the boss said to do.. I mostly enjoyed my job except for all the forced overtime. I am wondering when you started. I was medically retired in 88. I have a lot of tractor time for myself and am doing it in the dirt with a new Mahindra 2015 with FEL. "diggin it", John

The lead lag ratio from the industrials to the ag tires would be tough to perfect. That draws much of the concern from the prior posts and it is very valid concern. I would start out by working with a local dealer or a neighbor that might have the tires that you'd like and switch them to see if they give you wind-up or not. Ag tires front and rear would be of no concern if they the combinations that the manufacturer recommends.

Try Kaufman trailers, nice people great trailer and price. They sell factory direct, no dealers so you save there, and they have their own delivery people, if they have one coming your way you can get a great deal on shipping. I ordered a 26,000 gvw tandem duel trailer from them. It was delivered in 2 days. Along with my trailer was a few others, one was about 16' long tandem axle tilt utility, it was painted John Deere green with Deere yellow pin stripes, some sweet looking. The buffer between the lights and the Rops bracket is 3/4" foam matting I picked up at Home Depot (http://www.flexmats.com/AerobicsMartialArtsMats.htm). I cut and rounded the pieces to fit over the rops bracket and placed the lights on the foam. It took a couple of attempts in cutting templates but I think it was well worth the time and effort.

The toughest part of the project was getting the bolts off the ROPS. I want to meet the guerilla who tightens the the nuts and boltsat JD, that about killed me even with box wrench and 4' pipe.

Hello Beagle,
Can you tell me exactly where the power beyond port is located on the loader valve. I can only find one small port located on the right side of the loader valve when you are sitting on the tractor. It is a small plug that looks to be about the size of a quarter inch pipe plug.
An interesting note, I emailed the Kubota tech center and asked them if the valve on my loader had a power beyond port. They responded back to me that my loader valve does not have a power beyond port.
Anyone else out there have rear hydraulics connected to a power beyond port on their loader valve? I have a B7800 with the LA402 loader with the 4 position valve with the regent circuit.

The B-2910 is a discontiued model meaning there are big discounts on them. It has been a very sucessful tractor that is obvious by the number of years that it has been built. There are some changes in options and features to the new model but for the reliabiltiy of the old model I wold be buying one of those and using the discounts to equal out the added value of the full featured tractor to a standard tractor.

$Some of the pricey electrics get awfully clost to the sound of a real piano, but I've never haead one I could'nt pick out from an acustic. But, you can get a prety nice electric for a fraction of the cost of a real one and eliminate tunings, problems with where to put it and of course lots of backaches trying to move the blessed thing. My vote goes for the electric. I play a diationic accordian (button) and it's amazing the difference in sound quality betwen an instrment with reeds and a electronic unit. Frank.$ Any Piano Players out there
