Well, it is official now. I have been "called in on the carpet" for pointing out to the moderators on the "other" tractor boad how poorly they did their job. I've been a BAD BOY! Been threatened with being thrown out now. Was told that I appear to enjoy antagonizing the moderators. Just wanted get this out as this again clearly demonstrates this IS indeed the best tracor board going bar none. We are allowed to disagree and work our issues out like intelligent adults. This was writen By chief on " other site censorship - BH 90"

I live in a 2 story pole barn. They are very easy to do. We did pour some very stout piers for the poles because of the 2nd story weight.<br>

Poles are set 4' deep, concrete to peremiter walls, U can build 24" center 2x4 stud walls set between posts and use r19 in the walls.<br>

If you use steel for the shell MAKE SURE YOU GET A GOOD VAPOR BARRIER TOP SIDES and UNDER PAD/FLOOR. It's the most critical thing you will do.<br>

I called JD Parts to get a latch kit for my 4110 MMM and the guy at JD told me they were not available but were simple to make? Does anyone have a picture of one that I may see?<br>

I need a gasket kit for a Chinese tractor (Hercules 40 horse). It's the left pump as mounted with power steering pump on the right. This is a new tractor from a dealer who was in Vancouver, Wa. but now can't be found. Any help would be much appreciated.<br>

I am going to an auction that has a Kubota b7100 with snowblower, snowplow, postholedigger, bucket, and mower. How high should I for the package? Would $3000 be to high? I am assuming the item is in good condition, as well as the attachments.

The 4115 is more comparable to the B2910.

The 4110 is closer to the 7610.

Different engines altogether. Maybe some interchangeable externals, but I think you're going to be pretty much limited to what the Canadian seller can provide for spare parts. Like I said, a Tennessee TyShan dealer is still an unconfirmed rumor.

KubotaChick, the unions certainly had their place in history and really have done much for improving the quality of life for workers and their work conditions. The sad reality is they've gotten out of control and are now costing their members jobs.

Local factory has to keep an extra 50 workers on staff because absenteism runs around 10% which is 5x that of typical non-union plants. Great for the workers, but the they whine when jobs get shifted to Mexico or China to get costs under control. How hard is it to just show up for work?

Anybody can watch a small minority of the Union workers walk across the street to drink their lunch from a brown paper bag. An activity that would never be allowed in a non-union plant or a mexican plant or a chinese plant. It's only a small minority that do it, but it makes them all look bad. Hard to show off your plant to visiting customers and say how great it is when they look out the window and see that going on.

To me, it's just sad. There is so much that could be done to keep factories here and jobs here if it weren't for union rules. Heck, just policing their own employees in regards to absenteism and alcohol would be a big improvement. Kind of hard to focus on quality after chugging a 40 oz for lunch. Anyone who's watched plant management struggle to find bodies to keep all the production lines running because people decided not to show up for work knows what I'm talking about.

On the river that runs through my property they have caused a lot of damage(currently one dam and two lodges) but our water level in the spring comes up 4-6 feet and will usually wash out most dams.

Ive been trapping for about 10 years as a hobby and have never been able to get rid of all the beaver in a particular lodge, even at the smallest pond with only one lodge I took four beavers, sure enough, the next year, fresh cuttings all around.

Its best to blow them up, our county will do it for free if the damming causes a problem for a roadway. When I started trapping, most land owners were more than happy to give me access to their ponds or streams, once I told them I was trapping beaver(even opened up other hunting opportunities at a couple of farms.)

We have wrapped several tree trunks with hardware cloth which they wont chew through but it is expensive and time consuming.

I have also taken a couple of pokes at them with a .45, with out sucess:( Time to break out the NVG's and the 22-250

That's about right, they do cut the lift capacity a bit do to the extra weight of the multi purpose 4n1 design but there are times they are handy. There are also grapple attachments that can be added at needy times and removed quickly.

Just did a quick check and there are many out there for the 1920 model but none that had the 1910 listed. I thought both of them were basically the same and it may just be the time they went from Ford to NH.
