Great questions. It did stop by itself after being throttled down to about 50%. Just stopped and now the starter will turn it about 1/4 turn before seizing up. Took the starter off and it spins when you hit the ignition so I don't think that is the problem. Flywheel sound rough as a cob (we turned it with starter off. THnkd for your ideas and by the way, I just noticed I reversed my model number. It's a B7100.
