I know little about a Kioti but the brakes most likely run in an oil bath using the hyd/transmission oil. Try oiling any and all linkage points and see if that helps.

I would not lower tire pressure, you certainly don't want them to break loose from the rim on a slope. You try to work up and down hill on slopes, keep load low and do not haul anything any higher than you must, take it slow and try not to make any sudden turns, starts or stops. If you get knots in your stomach a good warning you need to stop. kt

If you will do a search for the model you are looking at normally a list will show up on different tractor sites for sale. There are oh about 4 to 6 rather large sites for used tractors.

Sure not a welding expert but think you will need someone who has good cast welding knowledge. As I looked at it wondered if you can not cut a plate to follow the radius of the housing to run bolts through to hold the housing on. Think that would be stronger. my 2 cents

Saying they never worked..since new or new to them meaning did they get it used?

Hard to believe four sending units would all be bad but possible. I would try to test with volt meter and see if you can detect any voltage change on oil pressure sending unit from not running to idling. If none then think sending unit is bad. Again hard to believe all four sending units are bad unless there was a voltage spike to the system.

Is there a connection where all the wires are in a single plug and by change it is not plugged in correctly, like it is roated 180 degrees throwing all circuits off?

I worked for heavy equipment mfg few years back. You post reminded me of a dipstick we made which was 1/4 inch keystock welded in 1/2 pipe cape. The markings were made with cut of band saw blade.

Have you tried looking on line at pictures of the parts to see if they show the dip stick in any detail?

My guess on best time to sell there is same as here, as the weather is beginning to warm. For more people are out and using their equipment. Of course where you are if snow equipment this would be a good time to sell.

Then you can post to sell now just be sure you are no using an auction where there is no price protection for you and it may sell for equipment will sell year round, just winter is normally slow. kt

With two excavators am assuming he was in business. If so he had friends in the business and knew those to stay away from. Reach out to his friends and even the dealerships of those brands there for help. There is two issues with my suggestion, one they may want the machine themselves and low ball the price and the other is they may not have broad enough experience to give an accurate price. His friends phone numbers are probably in his cell phone if you have that. I would try to get two to help me on price and if they are near each other probably will be ok if not get a third estimate. But the suggestion to check those web sites is very good. kt

I have no idea you will have a contractor find your request here.

I assume the windows in the building you have placed there as what you want. You are in Colorado which could take this suggestion away, here I would want a way to have air movement through the building. If that means fans, or window(s) that open. Second installing the windows does make the building more inviting for theft. They are able to see in as to what is in there. Also may give them better way to break in. If you are only wanting to let light in you may wish to install higher.

As to who to install the windows I would first reach out to the company who built the building. kt

Every year I see more and more warnings about games being played on customers for today. Models made just for today with missing features and such being game in electronics. Clothes made out of lesser fabrics than normal model and yes the model really was already on sale.

let me add more details, our gator was like that and I tried Sea Foam and maybe something else with no success. Had to have carb taken off and cleaned.

I had lost hair pins before if just pushed in to the first notch but never if pushed all the way on to where they were in the looped end. Still amazes me and to have it happen three times on the same implement and tractor combo fells strange. Only thing that makes any sense to me is the load on the cutter is way heavy on the right arm and the left arm can be doing some up and down and that is the arm the pins came out of. Working to place counter weight on the left end to prevent that rocking motion but am not using hair pins for such a load again. Really thinking about bolts with lock nuts or even locks.

Lexan is much like plexiglass but tougher.

For a glass to shatter as you described I would think something had to hit it rather hard lick or with good speed or it was under a load such as being twisted. I have no idea how the cab mounts to the tractor but wonder if possible it could be tight enough it have no movement. It is not impossible the glass was chipped or damaged while being installed.

As to no leak in the cab: I can only think of water in the cab by high humidity, really heavy sweating by operator or dog or such, a leak into the cab, air conditioning not draining or heater core is leaking or from such as washing it or drink spell or cooler leaking. Hope you well in your hunt. kt

It was working and a hose blew and not working since is my understanding. First is why did the hose blow? Do you have any idea? Could it have been defect in hose or pressure too high on the hose? Only reasons I know pressure could be too high is pressure setting is not right or relief valve not working. Not likely the new pump is pumping higher enough pressure to blow the hose is it?

It is possible when the hose blew a piece of that hose was blown into the system.

If you are sure all hoses are routed to correct fitting and you find no restriction in a hose it must be pump, valve or such issue. Guess it could be steering cylinder(s).

Possible a hose is being pinched when using the tractor?

I hooked up cylinder on my boom mower the other day and it would not work other than just a tiny bit. Started off with more movement and got less and less and I worked it. I looked and looked trying to find what was binding it. It is connected with quick disconnects and finally realized I have it hooked to two different valves. Realized it only when the other cyl that was suppose to be disconnected still worked some.

Do give full details of how it is working and hope an expert will chime in. More details the better.

If you had electrical circuit that was hot enough to smell think something would have shown such as blown fuse or something not working. Now could it be the alternator is clogged due to trash in the field you are cutting and it is not charging as the smell is from it? Could it even be fan belt slipping? My understanding is when battery light is on it shows system not charging or low voltage. Not the condition of the battery. Now there could be systems that check that also today.

I would also check the air filter and intake from trash in there from the mowing and also the radiator. The smell could be air blown trash from the fallow field.

One other point, if the tractor is running hot with load think the proper thing to do at least to suit JD is to remove the load and allow it to cool before shutting it down. I know my manual warns other wise about potential damage.

You ought to ask can it be added and if so what price. Just be sure the implement you are using it on is safe at that speed. Sprayer pumps for "me" would be the biggest benefit.
