It really sounds like you have higher voltage there than the glow plugs are designed for. "Verify" the voltage they are designed for and the voltage to them. You may want to take a new glow plug and hook it up to 12 volts with test meter on it to see if it will last if powered a few seconds.

I pray all goes well Cutter. No doubt it has raised the importance of time with loved ones and all you want to share with them.

Had a good friend who had heart surgery and will share a warning from his: be careful about auto accidents. He was tee boned before fully healed and it was worse on him than the surgery.

Been long time since I replaced tire rods on a car and did not know what a torque wrench was then but it was simple as Frank said, tighten them firm and on mine then install cotter key.

I worked for major heavy equipment manufacturer for about 10 years in all kinds of position from Manufacturing Engineering to Quality Control and very few bolts were torqued using a torque wrench, very few.

No idea if electronic or cable driven but you were cutting brush..look for something to have been pulled loose by limb or such catching on it while cutting.

For what it is worth, I have a 27 hp Kubota and it handles 72 inch rear finish mower very well. As long as grass does not get ahead of me and it is then slow down. Would not want any less HP for that size deck.

Forgot the Solenoid, my opinion for what it is worth, doubt it. They seem to work or not but if the linkage is exposed could there be a twig or such restricting its movement?

Think I know why I don't do cruises...no tractors.

You mean to say equipment needs to be cared for? A little grease along and along can mean a lot. Same for oil and washing something clean also.

Reading Agri Supply's site I understood the different shaft designs (of the shaft it self not the ends) was for different HP ratings. Is that just with the brand they carry? If memory is correct the three sided shafts I have are lighter weight then the square shafts are. Which are lighter rated shafts again if my memory is correct.

If you jack up the rear of a tractor to change the wheels from one side to the other DO USE TWO JACKS or jack up one side and block the other side,for the front end pivots and a single point is DANGEROUS. I know for almost lost one that way. Thank God my brother in law who was helping was quick to jump into prevent dropping the tractor and possibly two getting hurt.

Some start out just crooked and some slid there but either way there are many. Have a few friends who have lost many hundreds of thousands with people they trusted yet had they just obeyed the simple if it is too good to be true.

I learned years ago if there are say five companies say bidding on a job or promising rate or return or what ever, and one is way low if bid price or rate of return is much higher than it is either they know something the other guys don't and is super smart of they don't know something the others do and is ignorant or they are dishonest. Two of the three is bad for me.

My guess is without pictures it will be hard for anyone to help. Not sure have seen any conversation on your equipment. That being said most mounting systems are simple and doubt you would have re-installed it wrong by much and the drive belt stayed on pulleys. Some things that it could be, tires need inflating, something is binding the deck or lift where it can not raise fully and my first thought was...you are hitting a limit of the design of the equipment. I know some mowers just are not to me designed to lift the deck as high as they should be. The older snappers where were very popular here were such a design.

Are you sure it is the draft lever that is raising it? If so my guess is the draft is set too sensitive. Have you used it with plows where the working of the draft is designed for? No doubt there is some variance in the design of draft systems but the ones I am familiar with you set the position lever for the desired position and use the draft for the tractor to keep the implement there while using again such as a plow in the dirt.

I have Kubota with hydro trans and I only shift the trans with clutch depressed. Too simple not to try that to me. Might not solve issued but it may help it travel just the slight distance more it needs to fully engage. You are NOT on hard surface when doing this are you? If so the four wheel drive is likely binding and that is putting load on it and helping it kick out maybe saving the four wheel drive.

I have used a 3 pth one that will hold about 7 to 800 pounds of fertilizer on a B2700 Kubota. Would think a small 3pth would work fine. As to being to much of load for pto doubt it would unless you have a big auger in the spreader. Some have almost nothing in there to stir the fertilizer, like mine.
