Also what type of business and what percentage of building will be used may all come into play. It could have a lot ot do with the zoning also.

I take the GVWR and subtract the NET weight and that gives me the amount of load it is legal for. That is all of the load, people and cargo. Right? <br>

On the simple side of this, when a company says this is a ONE TON truck is that suppose to be cargo capacity? Think Ford calls their 350 a 3/4 ton truck and their 450 a 1 ton truck. Thought GMC did same with their 2500 and 3500 series and then had a Chevy Commerical truck salesman tell ask me what year are we talking about. He went on to say with Chevy they dropped the GVWR of the 3500 when the 4500 came out to be able to sell the 4500 series. So that means the model really means nothing in true capacity?<br>

Well what an dumb answer (mind): I like my Volvo the most of any then it is the only brand I have had. Now my friend with the model below mine has nothing but trouble with his. Now one of his biggest problems is mechanice or lack of willing to use a qualfied one. To me one of the best brands of any piece of anything is the brand that last the longest and works the best is the one you like the best for you will work to prove it is the best and that means service it and take care of it for you "like it". If you don't like it anything bugs you and you will find it easy to skip on service for it is nothing but a problem. Now that said all are not the same quality.

If a person can sip a drink even with a straw using a ztr at 15 mph and keep it straight I am impressed. For fact his lawn is smoother than mine and also longer. Have looked at the Dixie Chopper just cause my Bush Hog dealership is now a Dixie Chopper also and don't remember if they have seat belts or not but at that speed turns come up quick.

I wonder if they have an easy method to control the speed for on the few ztrs I have used it is very hard not to run them full speed with the controls they use.

As to the signs there is always someone who is different in any area. It is amazing how all the others have the same impression of them. The funny thing or maybe the violent thing is when two who think they are called of God to decide who can do what cross paths.

I have been told the no trespassing signs can give additional authority or legal violation if anything does happen and a person is arrested. Don't now remember the full story but you may wish to talk with your wildlife people if trying to keep people out especially if game is part of the issue. Here they can enter the land for trespassing with out any notice being given for trespassing while the normal law officer can not.

But you sure that guy is from Tennessee? Here sounds like from mainly NY or NJ and talking the big cities. They move here and first thing they do is tell everybody here how we are doing it wrong. (lead to the bumper sticker that goes: we don't care how you did it up north. That was the nice one. Now that is not true of 98.5% of those who move here for most of them don't like the 1.5% who tell us how they did it up north. They seem to forget the reasons they moved: property taxes more per month than her for a year and such. Ok now my rant is over also.

First not a diesel mechanic; but have you tried lossing the line to an injector just a little to see if fuel it going to the injector? Do know enough to tell you very high pressure there and dangerous.

Are you sure you external linkage did not get bent and is not shifting fully? To me if not something simple in the linkage you have damage in the transmission either shifter or gear or both. NOTE I am not a mechanic but have been there with transmission noise.

Well since our DMVW was closed for Holiday yesterday looked at the regs again very carefully and had good friend who is attorney to also. Seems I missed an important word, "combined" think was the word. If the combined weight exceed 26,000 pounds then CDL is needed if tow vehicle is rated in excess of 10,000 GVWR. So might be able to keep my needs under those.

We have a 4 by 2 gator that is oh about 7 or 8 years old. We are on basically flat land but have driven it up and down piles of dirt and such a good bit (not at high speeds) with no indication of any tipping or such. I agree on ours you would slide out sideways first. No roll bar on ours and never felt any need for one. think if a car would handle the grade your Gator would be even more stable.

Ted, understand the fact of losing family and friends. This year have really thought on those and how much they meant to me not only years ago but to this day. It is easy to Thank God for those he has placed in my life who have been such a blessing and that includes many here. It is also the day set aside to say...HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS!

When this topic came up posted popular here, why we even fry corn and we do.

There is a resturant we like (have talked about it for Murf in his travels here) and they serve fried corn. Last trip there asked and was told they fry their cornon the cob in the oil AFTER they fry the chicken. So have you some corn on the cob ready to drop into the trukey cooker when you lift the turkery out. The flavors on the turkery have flavored the oil and it will the corn. Bet even ole Jefferrryyyy will smile at the taste.

Just wondering here, think all men I know like tools or guns or computers what ever they use for gifts. But have always been told buy her a blender and you are in trouble. Do you find that true? Or is that only true say with tools for the house and they (may be 100% correct) think those are gifts for the FAMILY. Know my wife liked the Gator as Christmas gift a few years back. She even picked it out.
