Was thinking some time back someone said they removed a front tire and carried it with them. A pain no doubt and a roll back may still work. K Mart and Sears both here a few years ago had a problem with front door theft where in one if not both cases a manager held the door open for a person to roll out a rack of clothes using a line like the roll back theft did.

As to hidden switch, such as a neutral start switch that is slightly out of adjustment may be hard to find as it is not something to find. Reason I have not adjusted mine that is out.

It would seem a tractor with FEL or backhoe you could leave that lowered in such a manner it could not be easy to move with out operating the tractor. But for a normal tractor, you could drop an implement but they still cut off locks in the lift arms to remove it. Guess gas engines with disturbtor caps did have advantage. Also coil and point wires easy to remove or switch.

Have only seen them on tv, but some cities they use a tire lock to prevent a car being driven for such as parking ticket (totally based upon tv shows seen). They are suppose to be impossible to remove (well reasonably so). Wonder if they could be bought by a tractor owner? kt

All rides in FEL buckets are not bad. I have a friend who gave another a ride in his (really only picked her up in it). She got scared and jumped breaking I think it was both ankels. Still has walks stiff or did at least 10 years latter. How did it work out good for her, oh the several hundred dollar settlement by his insurance company. Paid for her a new house, auto and a child's house and.. kt

EW, the part about banging your head, the shaking of the brain has killed small children, so you may be half shaken. :)

Buzz, it may sound dumb and may not be a good option, but if you stack hay around the tractor it should make a good wind break and insulation for the sides. A few years ago there was some use of hay (probably was straw) for building due to how well it's insulation value was. kt

I do not know if you can even find NON Round up ready seed around here. I used a pre-emergent last year on soybeans for the first time in years and then did follow up with Round Up later for weeds it missed. Got better results. That may be why my soybean yeild held fair for as little rain as we got. Again, thank you, Kt

Murf, as to the higher cost of the water compared to soft drink, I think that is to a big part related to shipping. The water is often not bottled locally as they try to keep the same taste and there is no flavors added to it so you taste the water only. Where as the soft drinks have so many different items added that affect the flavor or covers up the water's true taste they bottle that locally. Years ago I traveled to Wilmington NC often and here would drink Pepsi and there would drink Coke because it tasted more like our Pepsi than did their's due to the water used.

Now to fountain drinks and the water they use...wonder what kind of filter system the small stores use? kt

Assuming this fits your tractor, ask if you can install and operate it first. If not, wonder why? Test at low rpm so you can feel any slack or wear. High speeds help you miss any slop. Be careful the missing fitting has not allow trash to enter the system before you connect to it. Of course to test if you will end up with full rpms also. kt

To me, a lead is a terrible thing for the Packers. They can get the lead and it seems they forget the other team still has an offense. Especially when they score on a big play, seems they forget to work on offense. I sure hope the Giants beat the other guys. Boy would that be great, wild card team beats the undefeated!! kt

BA, my brother as a Chevy Avalanche, I think with same engine. It has about 100,000 miles and about 2 weeks ago he told me his mileage had really dropped. No reason given. He does use dealership for all service. He told me he had noticed the mileage was really worst with certain gas, the cheaper ones with no name. By chance your station is not using Ethanol and you missed it have they?

Dennis, if you are not use to hauling more load on highway speeds that will lower your mileage (my wife's Avalon with computer will show less mileage with the two of us over just one of us), head wind can kill it and a side wind will lower MPG, with a crowd you could have been driving faster and yes mileage is worst is cold weather if not long trips. Then if you air conditioner compressor is running for the defroster that load is also in there. If you had any cargo on the roof another factor. kt

It seems what you are finding missing is the part without syrup. It sounds like the syrup is still there. That is why the ginger ale is so empty compared to the Coke. kt
