I have a 4600 with a 48 'hoe. The JD 'hoe can be connected to the tractor in less than ten minutes. I also have a mid mount mower and the backhoe mounts with no problems.
If I had to do it again, I would buy the JD hoe. It works just as good as any other 'hoe, but JD did their homework on the installation.
