My wife told me an interesting story on a new job. Woman got the job of her dreams, working from home. New company would send her items to ship, she packed and shipped, got first paycheck in 2 weeks. worked next 2 weeks, had CIA knock on the door. Seems she was packing and shipping stolen merchandise. She had no idea. Was sick because of the "perfect" job for her from home. Oh yeah, the 2nd paycheck bounced. Just makes you wonder. Beware when giving personal info to new employer over phone, latest scam is hiring people, you find job in paper, you give name, address, social number and it turns out they are bogus, now they have all your info for credit card scams. I would suggest checking out any and all company's before you give all your info. Oh yeah, some even asked and were provided with bank account numbers for "direct deposit" for paychecks. Beware one and all. Unfortunately we, you, me, have to really check before we provide that info. Like better business bureau and as many sources as you can think of.

Hi I bought a YM1601. I looked and looked at tractors, while American is the most popular I opted for Japanese. There are a number of importers that sell these low mile products. the one I have has 550hrs. I paid 7k, came with loader, which was brand new, backblade, which was brand new and a tiller that was used. 3cyl 20hp. 4x4 is a really good machine. Depending on your location I know the dealer in Ohio, Ore. Idaho Cal. they all sell yanmar imported used tractors. I would be happy to direct you to their web site but I have to spell it out, you have to figure out what I am sending, tractor point does not want web sites posted. here goes. www dot best dash used dash tractors dot com let me know how you do. Sorry on the opinoion you have. Most of the cadets are very good products. I am suprised the dealer was charging you so much for the repair. I would give you $600 and come get it, that would help toward a Sears or any other brand you might prefer. I assume this is a shaft drive? Let me know. Y

Coyotes are a problem where I live, country setting with trees. Legal to use gun here. I have killed 3 or 4, we lost 2 cats and one dog to the critters. I know the coyotes were responsible for one. I also know a horned owl took one of the cats. I chased the owl away at dusk, he flew about 50ft. and landed in a tree, he was keeping watch on a screened in porch on our deck. He is gone now bothering someone else. I use a 10/22 with scope from the house. I carry a 25 automatic when on tractor or mower. I spotted a cougar last week. Wife say the same animal a week before. Hopefully he is just passing through. We seem to see the cougar about this time of year every year. Same with a black bear that passes through in the fall when the apples are on the trees.
I never had a coyote stay when I am out. Might not hurt to fire in his direction with a low power gun or toss a firecracker or 2 if nothing will burn in your area.

Well, I guess I will check out ebay. Have never auctioned anything like this or anything for that matter. Just tired of seeing it sit in the field and my wife saying "when are you going to get rid of that thing" Guess orange color does not blend with yard stuff, will move to barn or other location where I will forget about it and my grandsons will sell it for 100k in 2057 or so.

It is probably to late, maybe you ought to look at another brand. There are many out there, do you homework before you buy. I have a Yanmar, it works fine, no problems, work the b-jesus out of it and like a japanese timex it keeps on ticking, go find another one, if you get a replacement, sell it, do not start it, drive it, use it or anything other than sell it. Be sure to tell the person buying it is not the best in the mid-=west, but it will cut the lawn. Good luck, Confushush say, man with tractor will till till dawn. Stupid, since chinese tractors will not til.
