Thanks Art, I'll check it. BTW, called Kubota and they also said it could be the switch under the seat. It'll cut off the engine if it senses that the seat is unoccupied. I might have to bend the sensor so the accomodates a lighter weight man. So, I'll check both items.

Have about twenty acres that's being cleared of old pines and dead wood. It's about done and would like to begin shaping the ground for grass seed. Lots of ruts and very uneven ground from removing stumps. The hols have all been filled in but depressions still remain. Some roots present, and an abundance of sticks and twigs. Very little rocks or stones. (North Georgia)<br>

Should I use a box blade, rake, or disc harrow, flexible harrow or another implement before bringing in another piece of equipment for a finish grade?<br>
Would I be better off doing this finish grading myself by purchasing another implement?<br>
Appreciate any advice as I'm new to all of this.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best implement for picking up small sticks, branches and maybe a few larger branches throughout a 20 acre patch of ground? I have a FEL with teeth but there must be an easier way. Some sort of mobile rake might suffice but any ideas appreciated. I have a Kubota L3400 4W/D with HST.

Bought new/used 3400 recently with 13 hours on it. Has HST, 4W/D, FEL with tooth bar. Paid $16,200.00 This in north Georgia.

Pat,I'm sorry, I don't know. Mine is an HST but for a regular there may be some restrictions. Good question...

Anyone know where I can acquire a locking gas cap for a KUBOTA L3400? I asked the dealer that I bought it from and he had no idea. Any suggestions appreciated.

Has anyone seen an option for laying a water line that might be done with a furrower? I need to go to a depth of 18" and realize that a furrower goes to maybe 6" or 8". Was wondering if maybe a two implement approach whereby a second furrower is attched after the first is removed and this one was then run through the trench. If the second was extended and corner braced and was allowed to pull the dirt or sand all the way to the top of the trench and then toss it to the side it sure would be quicker than a backhoe. It seems like there must be an alternative solution somewhere. Any suggestions appreciated.
