If you tilt the bucket when removing the assembly from the tractor, the crossbar will rotate into the hood. This would be improper procedure but it could happen. It takes several seconds for it to move enough for to contact the hood. Following the proper procedure would prevent this. Can everything in this world be made foolproof? Probably not, and we all ready have more than enough interlocks and switches to malfuntion.

I am constucting a stand on casters for my mmm. What I am planing has couple of uprights, a cross bar, a lip on the front of the horizontals (to which the wheels will mount) to catch the mower. Material will be square steel tubing. The mower should be able to tip back into the stand and be secured (no excuse not to sharpen the blades). It will then take less storage room and be able to be moved easier. Weight is considerable so lifting with a fel or a boom on your 3-point will be safer and easier. This does not address mounting, but in my case the storage makes sense.

If the F510 uses a electric clutch like my 322 and it clicks when you engage it that you will have to adjust the clutch per the maintenence manual.
