I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a replacement for the injectors on a Honda 6522 tractor ? The engine is a Honda GD1250, the pump is a Bosch PFR-3KX, and the injectors are listed as KBDL II-P. The stealer wants $150/Each for these. I am hoping maybe Napa has a replacement, or someone else out there knows a suitable replacment. Thanks in advance.

Jon, it is not white or blue, it is kind of a deep dark gray. It ONLY smokes at idle when cold, if you raise the RPM's the smoke goes away. I am comparing this to my other tractor which does not smoke ever, cold, hot, or in between. Just seems odd to me. It does not burn any oil and at this point, I am just going to live with it. I was just wondering what another Honda owner had to say about the amount of smoke from thier unit so I could get some idea of whether this is normal or not.

Well I believe I have my problem solved. I had my neighbor who operates heavy equipment take alook. In about two seconds of operation, he had it figured out. The main bolts holding the BH to the subframe were loose. Tightened them up and the difference is like night and day. I likley would never have spotted this on my own. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Personally, I would never buy a gray market. Most of the ones I see are slated as "low hour" units from japan. That being the case, then why are they re-conditioned ?, a low hour unit should not need re-conditioning in my opinion. This tells me they were in pretty bad shape before. I have also heard time and time again that parts for the grays are hard to get. They are certainly cheaper, but confucious say, "you get what you pay for". I think markmartin has learned a hard lesson and that is too bad. I recall going to a web site for grays where they had a picture tour of the factory in Viet-Nam where they were reconditioned. After seeing that, I never ever considered buying a gray and could not believe they thought this picture tour would help sales. Live and learn I guess.
