When I purchased my tractor my dealer discouraged me from purchasing the super steer. The reason he did that is because I planned to do a lot of lawn mowing and he said the regular steering would tear the turf less with a larger turning circle. The regular steer really is quite manuverable and very good for most needs. I would only get supersteer if I need to work within a barn - cleaning manure etc.

My tractor had about 1/2 the hours of yours when I noticed alot of dirt build up in the radiator fins. about 50% of the gaps were filled with dirt/dust/seeds/etc. I just cleaned it out with a hose. You may want to check that too and clean if necessary

You may want to consider a rear scoop in this case. I use a MMM on a large horse farm and need to use a loader often also. If you need move or carry gravel, dirt, manure you will find the rear scoop very handy (cost $150 used to $400 new). The rear scoop easily attaches to the 3-point and may meet your needs.
