That tractor is the same as a Massey-Ferguson 1020. If you turn the ignition switch, are any of bulbs lighting? That wire should be connected along with the positive terminal on the starter, I think it's the power supply for the ignition switch.

Hello guys, I have recently purchased a Hinomoto E2304 4WD with a Toyosha MS142 engine. I can't figure out the correct amount of oil needed for the engine. On all the specs sites it sais about 3.5 litres, however I've put 5 litres in it, barely showing on the dipstick. Is it possible that I have a wrong dipstick (it's about 11 inches or 28 cm long)? Or should I go ahead and fill it up to the mark (I'm thinking about 5 and a half litres). Thanks in advance!
