If you're into refinishing implements, tractors, or old cars, I can highly recommend a sandblasting attachment for your new washer. I got one last year and found it very helpful. I liked it better than air blasting.

Works with Safari, but you can't use apostrophes or quote marks....it inserts the text "inch" or "feet"

Once you post, the page that you go to confirming the post has no navigation options to take you back to your picture page, or anywhere else, for that matter.

Run, do not walk, back to the dealer and change the order to the 48. I just went through this and did exactly the same thing...ordered the 447 and then started second guessing myself. I changed the order for the wrong reason...aesthetics. I have the old style loader (430) and wanted the hoe that matched. The 300CX FEL and 447 BH are all curvy and zoomy looking. The 430 and 48 are all no nonsense straight lines. When I picked my tractor up, there was a 447 on a 4310 right next to my 4410/48. I could not believe how much the 447 looked like a toy and how much the 48 looked like a real backhoe. I have been pulling coffee table sized rocks out of my yard in doing some trenching...I would pay to see a 447 tackle the same rocks.

On a side note, I am absolutely amazed at how easy the hoe is to take off and put on. I did it the first time in about 5 minutes with help. After about 4 off and on cycles, I can now do it in about a minute and a half by myself.

As to not over-taxing your tractor, if JD says a 4310 can handle a 48, I would believe them. The way the frame mount bolts to the machine, I can't imagine doing any damage to the tractor.

I wish there was something in between the Jinma and a 5000 dollar hydro drive. I had a Craftsman 8hp "gravity" feed that shook apart after two days of fairly heavy work. Let's just say that gravity needed a helping hand. I have trouble remembering anytime when I worked harder than those two days. I can't bring myself to buy anything Chinese when there are alternatives. That is in addition to the stream of posts about all the little things you have to do to make the thing run. Wallenstein looks great, but my what a price tag. I've been watching eBay....maybe someday the right machine will come along. Until then, I will just pile it up and rent the Vermeer that is at a rental yard not too far away.

denwood, the CCM kit control valve has power beyond. I am thinking of going with this unit a) because it's easy and pre-planned and b) because I already have the JD 3rd SCV and five seems like enough.
