Being self employed is different I agree because its hard to seperate business issues without letting personal emotions concur. However, talking strictly warranty from a manufacture, the mfg depends on their authorized dealers for customer satisfaction. You signed an authorized dealer agreement with Kioti which states specific terms for the dealer and consumer. Bottom line is e- business has changed the way of doing business and the result is what you described above. For the consumer, the bottom line is same product but prices can differ by thousands of dollars. What would you do in the consumers shoes. I agree, from your perspective, its irrating but its a result of how business is changing today.

thanks for the posting. I have the same model with 54 hrs on it and am interested to hear the the problems which come up. I have a left side break which isnt engaging. Im tolde a pin or something may have popped out inside the break housing. I'll keep the result posted. Good luck with it.

First, it runs great and am very pleased with the purchase. Just did my 50 hr maintenance on her for the breakin and everthing went fine. Except, this was the first time I seperated the left and right brake pedals. My left goes right to the floor with no resistance. The right is fine. The left linkage is good. I turned the adjustment links to snug it up, but it still has no resistance. Does this have to go back to the dealer, 1hr away, or is there something else I can check beforehand.
