Ditto to what Rob said. I dont know what JD 4n1 buckets cost. Most of the 3rd party buckets I a familiar with are made by WR Long. A 60" bucket with valve and thumbswitch is about $2000 not including installation costs. Carver has a whole Long bucket attachment submenu on his website.

If you go to the expense of buying a commercial weight box, you may not want to fill it with concrete. That would prevent you from using the box for anything else, such as carrying tools when you arent using the loader. Using gravel or sand allows you to empty the box, but loose gravel or sand is messy. When I had a weight box, I used 80lb. sand tubes that I bought at the hardware store. I could then put in as much weight as I wanted, from nothing up to at least 8 tubes. Another approach is Kasco's weight box, which has a water spigot at the bottom. You can fill it with as much water as you want for weight and then drain it.

Sounds like you really didnt get your land "cleared" by the dozer work. I would have expected the dozing to be deep enough to have cut all of that stuff off several inches below ground, and then smoothed back over. You then could have just raked out the roots and debris. That doesnt help now, of course. Sounds like Bird's advice is worth a try.

My first tractor was a BX2200 with "bar turf" tires and I currently own a B2910 with R4s. I am sure Murf's etymology is correct, but the BX "bar turfs" do not look like traditional R4s. They are like an HF-2 tread--a high flotation tire with shallow widely-spaced ag-like lug treads. The ribbed front tires on ag tractors are called steer wheel tires, and come with one or more ribs. My info source on treads is the Goodyear Farm Tire Handbook, which can be found on line.

Arnco licenses tire dealers on its patented foam fill processes. There are foam fills of three different durometers (hardness densities). The softest fill is called SuperFlex. Arnco claims it has vertical deflection characteristics almost the same as an air-filled tire. It permanently prevents flats, adds more weight than CaCl, permanently keeps the tire at the proper air pressure (ie, whatever pressure was put in prior to curing), and supposedly extends the life of the tire from three to five times. I have gotten prices ranging from $.99 to $1.25 per pound. Hence, very expensive. Attached is link to the Arnco website.

I have a B2910 with 72" mmm. I am familiar with the belly decks on the Kubota B's, the Kubota Grand L's and the JD 4000 series, having shopped for and compared them all. Dont know the NH decks, but have heard they are not too easy to remove/install. I would say the JD 4000 decks are somewhat easier than the Kubota Grand L decks. By far the easiest of all is the one I have. You pull 3 spring loaded pins and drive over it. Or you can lift the front of the tractor with your loader and pull it out the side. I can do it in 3 or 4 minutes. It is also the easiest to maneuver on the ground because it is a ground contact deck with rotating gauge wheels on all 4 corners, and hence can be rolled around and manuevered quite easily even though it weighs 475 lbs. It also has a nice step welded on the left side.
