If I'm in gear the shuttle shifter will shift from forward or reverse into neutral but unless I clutch I can't push the lever back into forward or reverse. When I'm in neutral on the glide shift control I can shuttle shift into forward or reverse, then engage a gear with the glide shift without using the clutch.

My big problem is that I'm still in high range on gears 1-4 and when I shift into gear 5 or higher the transmission disengages
