Does anyone know if an older ford 2110 compact tractor front grill is the same shape (fit) as the newer 1987-2001 compact 2120. I know the older ones were white and mine is painted black but the shape "appears" to be the same.... I have found the 2110 grill available aftermarket for about $110. and the 2120 grill is only available from the dealer for almost $300. ouch... and its only a bent piece of heavy screen...<br>

Does anyone out there with a EHSS transmission find it not worth using??<br>
When using my shuttle function to change direction (without clucthing) the shuttle function seems MUCH to hard an the drive train. Even with a idle rpm of about 750 rpm. There does not seems to be any feathering to the change. When using the Mode switch, all it does is delay the shift from about 1 second to about 2 seconds. Which seems completely useless in any application. Maybe mine is not functioning correctly as this is the only one I have driven.. I am used to the shuttle transmissions on the larger industrial machines, which is a great transmission because it uses a torque converter much like a automatic transmission in a vehicle. You get a lot of control and it does not pound on the machine.<br>

Does anyone have a loader manual for the tc48 or tc55 tractors. I am looking for the torque spec for the loader frame mount bolts that attach to the side of the clutch bell housing...<br>

thanks for the info guys. Yeah I'm sure the rim is metric... The average new rim measuring 8x16 for a 9.6x16 front tire with a 6 x 6 bolt pattern is about $75. mine for the 2120 with the 6 x 6 7/8" pattern is $287 each at the dealer.. That really hurts... I would cringe a little but pay it at $150, but $287. :-(
