My dad bought a shibaura sl1643 4x4 tractor the rocket shafts will not lift. There is a yellow cap and yellow dip stick behind the gear shift. nothing is registering on the dip stick. Is this the resevoir for the PTO and rocket shafts? Does it take tractor hydraulic oil, regular hydraulic oil or gear oil?<br>
