Have a tc33 with 2100 hours. It is now leaking fuel around i think its the injector pump. Plate with 4 lines that run to the injectors. There is two bolts that hold down each line. That is were it is leaking. Is there a oring on the line that could be bad. Also does the bolt have a special socket? 10mm to big 9 mm to small 3/8 5/16 do not fit either?

Well i got it started.. i think it was a case of fuel gelling. I put some 911 additive in it. I think i had it flooded too. took a while. No it would not start with starter fluid only tried it a couple times. 20-1 compression I don't think that stuff is good for it made me very nerveous using it. Engine knocked when i was using it. Going to check glow plugs to make sure thats not my problem also.

Your main fuse is blown on left side near starter.

TC33D won t start - no lights nothing

Have TC33 with super steer, the bolts for bracket that attaches the black support bar for the front axle became loose and I broke 2 of them. My problem 3 out of the 4 hole are stripped. Tried to retap but threads are to far gone. Any ideas what I can do?

I have been keeping an eye on everthing and put another 2 hours of cutting grass. I have now noticed it is running hotter than it did before. It no runs on the first line of the last green box, It never got up that high unless the grille and screen was stating to get plugged up. That was always the point that I knew to stop and clean it off but now I noticed it rises just past that point and drops a little, when it drops is when the thermostat is opening. I checked with the cap off and compared when the coolant began to flow. Is my t/stat bad now? And what relly makes me nervous is that it doesn't seem to have the power in 3 gear(HST) that it had before. Where does your gauge read when warmed up?

I changed my hydraulic oil and refilled with 7.5 gallons like the manual says. I checked and now reads about 1/4 of an inch above the fill line. I removed both drain plugs and replaced both of the filters, was manual wrong on the refill amount? Unit is hydrastic drive.
