well we only live on a 3.5 acre lot actually its 2 lots but we want to get something new compared to our '86 cub cadet that has 1200 hours and we would like a FEL,MMM, and a bh, but we will probably just use it to mow, the occational digging, or plowing in the winter, and to maintain the land. nothing major. and my dad knows how to service them. thats what he has been doing on the cub since he got it. it has never wounce been taken to the dealer for repairs in the 21 years he has had it.<br>

if you have only seen pics. of the Bx 24 they look small but up close they are bigger than they seem in the pics. remember dont judge a book by its cover. you will be amazed by the Bx 24

i would get it I just sent out for a price quote for a bx 24 also and mine came back $16080 base and $1685 for a 60 inch mmm, combined total of $ 17765. I also would check about that deck it is too small.

i resently sent away to our local kubota dealer for a price quote for the Kubota Bx 24 or bx 2350. the Bx 2350 has a little bit more horsepower than the 23 but it is relitivly the same as the 23. they sent me back an email for the prices and the prices for the 2350 was $9100 base, the FEL is $2565, the MMM or MMD is $1685, and the backhoe is $5020, so combined the tractor costes arround $18370. so the price of the BX 23 is probably a little bit less than that ( probably 1000 dollars less). we'll say its $17370 so divide that by 2 since it will be co-owner ship you should pay aroound $9185. Since it is a 05 or 06 and has less than 100 hours on it, i wouldn't pay any more than $8800 dollars for it. hope this is helpful :)
