earthwrks you are correct right after the engine starts the white smoke goes away. There is a little blackish smoke coming from the exhaust when it is under a load but nothing excessive. I will look to see if I can find the tube and check it and make sure that it it clear for preventative maintenance if that is a good idea.

I have a great condition garage kept 100% of the time 2001 Kubota B7500 tractor 140 hours, 272 FEL, 60" Landpride FM, and 4' Box Blade. I recently purchased a Dixie Chopper mower and and Bobcat skid steer and do not have the need for my tractor that I once had. I am wondering what would be a good asking price. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks to all!! I will take this under consideration and make a decision. My problem is I am trying to start a part time business with my son on a budget. 80% of the time I will be hauling a B7500 1362 lbs. with FEL. Options include 60" finish mower, box, and or aerator box. Other times I have a 50" dixie chopper 1000 lbs mower. Those will be my normal items in transit. If I haul my bobcat 4750 lbs it will be by itself and only for short trips close to home. I guess there is no good answer outside of upgrading my truck and two separate trailers. One for the light loads and a heavy duty equipment trailer. I will let you know how it works out and again thanks for you help. If I do not use the gooseneck I will have qty 4 brand new

Does anyone have an idea what you can purchase that will work with my machine. Is there a unit you can aerate and possibly use for a landscape rack too. I want to first aerate my yard. I also would like to start using my tractor to prep new home lawns to apply seed and straw. Any ideas I would like to do this being the most spend thrifty as possible but get a good unit.

I am looking at purchasing a Raptor 4000H 4X4 hydrostat utility vehicle. I have read good and bad reviews concerning this manufacturer compared to the big boys - kawasaki, john deere, cub cadet, polaris, and ect.. Does anyone here have an opinion of real life use of this machine. The model I am looking at has the 25hp air cooled kohler enging, hydostat drive, bed lift, and aproximately 200 hours. It apparently is a popular unit in the mid west but I am not sure how much of a footprint they have in other parts of the country. Any advice would be appreciated I need a UTV but have a limited budget and have to shop for the best deal.

Can anyone give me some feedback concerning the JOHN DEERE AMT 622 4X4 Gator? This is the model with the single wheel in the front and 4 rear wheels. It came with a Kawasaki engine. I am looking at one with around 800 hours and want to know what is a good price and is this machine reliable? I am going to use it on a small farm for riding around and hauling of equipment and small amounts of dirt and rock. Thanks for your help..

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all of the advice. I took your advice and went with the 60" RMM. Thanks! It has been raining here with tornado winds and such so no grass cutting for me yet. But I did get the chance to use the box blade to grade my driveway. Boy does the 4 wheel drive work good on a grade. 42" box full of gravel going up a grade and did not spin a tire. I believe that I will fall in love with this machine the longert I get to use it. Thanks to everyones help on my purchase!!

I currently have a 300w power supply powering Malibu landscape lighting. But saw the post concerning the neon string lights and thought that would be something neat. Were you talking about something similar to the lights that are offered for swimming pools now. They have a device that mounts in the pool house and a rope type light is connected to them.
