Is it worth paying the extra money for a 3430 over the 3130 to get 3 additional hp? Will the difference be noticeable in mowing tall field grass with a 5' mower, loader work, snowblowing, using a logging winch, or pulling rocks, etc? Thanks, Jim

Dave, I'm west of Augusta. I appreciate all the comments that you have all given. However, I am amazed at how the discussion moved into helicopter logging and beyond. I guess the bottom line is that either manufacture has good winches, size the winch to the tractor, and that you have to always be alert/cautious when using this equipment. Thanks, Jim

My driveway is gravel. Is the Woods or Puma model mentioned better adapted to handling rocks? I assume a high skid adjustment will reduce this problem.
