I've had the same problem looking for a 4410 throughout Colorado for the past month. Dealers don't seem to want to discuss it but justpush me toward a 3520.

Have you ever come across anyone putting a skidsteer quick-attach interface on their 410 loader? A company, ATI, makes them but doesn't advertise they have one to fit the 410 loader. They thought the 4115 was too short on power to handle skidsteer implements. I'm looking for a way to interface a skidsteer "tree shovel" by DirtWorks to a 4115/410 combination. I can't find anyone who sells s tree-shovel for tractor loaders. Any advice? Thanks

The "older" models have better specs in the downloadable operator's manual available on the JD website. The new 3000-Twenty series manuals aren't posted yet. Another idea is to get a brochure from a JD dealer. They include a few more specs than the current website. I've been researching the 3000-TWENTY series myself for an upgrade from my wonderful 4115.

Does Texas have any 4410s with Hydro left for sale? I can't find one here in Colorado, or at least my local dealer wants to push a 3520 on me at much dinero.

From what I read in the literature, the 3520 can use a 300x or a 300cx loader. The CX version has a max lift of a couple hundred more pounds more than the x model. Also, the 3520 has more electronic gizmos like Power reverser and Load match. The overall chasis size seems similar. You won't believe the comfortable floating seat! Nice machine, but more dinero than the 4410. I've been looking for a 4410 and my dealer can't even get any more.

I love my 4115 with 60" belly mower. In addition to mowing, it does all I need it to do.

You said you've been planting and transplanting trees. I'm doing the same except I'm starting a small tree farm. Are you using your tractor to the transplant trees or plant the treelings? They make a real nice "Tree Shovel" for skidsteers to do that but I haven't found anyone that's used one on a CUT, like my 4115. Interested to hear what your using.

I wanted to upgrade my 4115 to a 4410 but the dealer here in Colorado said JD is all sold out of 4310s and 4410s and I'd have to go to the 3000 Twenty series, at considerably higher cost for the equivalent HP and hydraulics. Bummer!

I bought the KK standard size version of their middle-buster last month for my JD4115. My I-match won't fit it. I haven't found a KK implement that will fit my I-Match yet! So I have to use it, and my KK rock rake, direct off the draft arms without the I-match. Also, the standard version of the KK middlebuster does not include the extra subsoiler blade. I've been using the middlebuster to dig trenches to plant treelings and it works good at full depth (advertised at 14"). I don't know why KK doesn't make their implements to match the I-match.

I bought my first tractor, a JD4115, a tad under a year ago. Can someone please explain how a box blade differs functionally from a plain rear blade, and what applications you would use one over the other. Thanks!

The dealer told me the same thing on my 4115 that I recently bought, namely that the rear blade will be sufficient for balance. I've used the FEL with rear blade for balance and have had no problems with full heavy dirt loads in my full-sized bucket (not the smaller standard version). Just to be on the safe side, I had the rear tires filled. Oh yeah, I run with the iMatch on the rear too, but it's not very heavy though. Not even the hint of any problems.

Our JD dealer told me on Friday that the Twenty series is an upgrade to their large frame tractors only. He said the small frame compact utility tractors (such as the 4110/4115, 2010, etc) will be upgraded in about three years. More power? Don't know.

I contacted ATI regarding their Tatch-All coupler for attaching skidsteer implements to tractor loaders. They don't make a coupler for the JD410 loader because the additional weight would cut down too much on the loader performance. They suggested having a JD dealer weld JD410 attachment brackets to a tree digger/shovel to make it compatible with the JD410 loader. The shovels are available from several manufacturers such as SkidSteer Solutions, Bobcat, and DirtWorks to name a few. I'm checking with my JD dealer now. If anyone has welded JD410 loader-compatible brackets on skidsteer implements, I'd like to hear from you how it worked.

Thanks for the thought. Vacuums don't work well when some of the stuff is three to six inches thick, the remains of over many years. Fire control here recommends raking needles up because of the extreme dryness -- we've been in a drought the past 5 years. In fact, the county even set up a dump site specifically for people to dump pine tree branches and needles. Fire danger is extreme here.
