No we dont build adaptors for Kabotas at all though we did dabble with the idea. I have no idea if your tractor would handle that big plow or not . I recomend the 7 1/2ft plows for the 32-36hp tractors and the 8' and 8 1/2s for the 36-42 hp stuff and 9 ft above that............... there is alot more to getting a plow to work correctly on the front of a tractor than the avg guy would expect and I can almost garantee that most of the homemade stuff you see listed wont work correctly when you get 30" of the white stuff. ANY plow works fine to plow 3-6" of snow it when you need to get serious that all the flaws and problems occur............. there are actually many dozens of disapointed tractor owners that bought into the idea that you just slap a blade on the front of the loader arms and "your plowin" and that is true if you live in an area were you can usually just take a broom and do the doorstep but when you live where you need to push 10-15 storms a winter that drop 1-2 feet at a time. It better be right or it will never work the way you think it should. We have had 100's of calls on this over the last two years and its always the same story.................. some one gave them an old plow and joe the mechanic that is a pretty good welder fixed er up and it only cost $50 for everything and the only problems is it doesnt work very good and I cant steer the tractor????? We wont be added Kabotas QD mounting system to our adaptors as it isnt cost effective and there is not enough call for these adaptors most guys try to build them on there own and then give up and go buy a 6500 plow for there pickup in the end...........

I am glad you are having great luck with the china tractor!
I do know of two loaders on Titan 435s cracking just ahead of the rear attach pin ????? And since my last post my friend that owns a 2006 model that has put 150 hrs on it has had to modify the backhoe attachment in a big way as he basically tore it right off the backend????? He then had a major leak in the left rear seal that was getting his brakes all wet and he had to tear that all apart and then couldnt get the part as they have changed it and told him it would have to be special ordered from CHINA! As there wasnt any in USA or CANADA!!!! He is a cleaver guy and milled the piece out to accept AMERICAN size seals and then did the other side and told me had about 30 hrs labor tied up in it.
His latest project is that the paint they used in 2006 has faded severly and the arms on the loader are so thin now that he is going to repaint them and to do it right and remove everything it is going to be another labor intensive job . The dealer told him that Titan will pay $200 to do the work!!! He took it to a body shop and they said it will cost $800 to strip them down and do it correctly. So he is going to buy good paint with the money and put another 30 hrs into that project but he says that should be the last time as he has a new idea ................ as soon as the paint drys he is going to buff out the cowling which is also very faded and he has bought a new FOR SALE sign and is going to attach it to the chinese tractor...............:-(

My rear tires are loaded with Rimguard, I think from memory about 300lbs per tire but my memory isnt always the best! As for my hoses, to run the clyinders down on the plow; the way I am hooked up, I went back to the distibution block under my hyrdo pedals, on the right side of a 3200 series JD and unhook the curl hoses "After I set the loader angle" so the aframe of the Fisher plow is absolutely level, and then when I unhook them from the distibution block that LOCKS the curl clyinders on the loader, so the relation between the castings on the loader arms and the Aframe is always the same. This also gets my away from the weight of the loader arms pushing down onto the plow, I have only the weight of the plow holding it down: Exactly the same as when you install one on a pickup; and I am sure this is the very reason I am having no steering problems; that everyone seams to experance with this "float postion mind set" that most of the plow set ups I looked into have, before deciding how to try to set one up . I used an indicator;to return to the same spot each time I lifted the plow, so I would have the same amount of slack in the chain, as the plow just rests on the shoes. However next season, I am going to put on a set of restrictors on the main loader clyinders so when the arms are down all the way against the restrictors; again the arms would be in the indicator position ;-) <br>

You should probably check the preasure in your system as you might be shocked with what you read on the guage??? I have the CX loader on my JD and it was lazy when you curled it down to its full limit and I was suspicous it was low on preasure as it would bearly push the tractor backwards if you wanted to use it to get out from being stuck. I had a JD mechanics check it out while they were here doing a service update a month ago and guess what the preasure was off 350lbs ! It is soposed to be 2150lbs and it was right at 1800. With presure set correctly it will now pick the backend up with both rears loaded with rimguard. I have no idea if yours has an adjustable relief valve or not.[JD is using some fixed preasure valves and they DONT always work correctly]???? Its a way to save money and would probably be fine if they were always calibrated correctly but in my case the valve was faulty!

Sounds like you are getting things all sorted out and after bracing up any weak areas you will be all ready for next season! Sure glad it all worked out for you . Just for fun we posted a short video on Youtube of a 32hp JD pushing a couple of feet of snow with a 90" plow as we had quite a few guys question the fact that when you get that much snow in front of the blade alot of the "homegrown plow set ups" want to go sideways and they complain about not being able to stay straight. If you want to watch for fun log onto youtube and just type in "John Deere with Fisher Plow" and see if you think it has any problem staying straight! Demand for the adaptors has surprised us and we have the Kabota in the CAD program now getting some prints ready so we can have them online shortly, I think that it is going to be a big hit as well. I had a fella show up here yesterday that lives about 80 miles from me, that bought a new L3400 last fall and was looking at a Curtis Plow at the dealership he purchased from, but didnt have the extra dough ray me to get it. He heard about us from a trucker, that saw me plowing with the tractor. Anyway he looked it all over and asked if he could "demo" it, so I let him go down back of the shop, and play with the JD [should have gotten a picture of him on a green machine!] and he came back in about 5 mins and said he loved it, and wants an adaptor. He couldnt imagine the traction, but I assured him that if he would get his rears tires filled with rimguard, and then buy a set of tire chains for his front wheels, his Kabota will do the exact same thing. <br>

Well I think a real simple cure if anyone is concerned about that part of it, is some stuff called "Static Cling PVC Film" that comes in differnt thicknesses and colors . I have some in Orange and it lays right over a headlight and wont come off; its just a tinted plastic film and should get around the "white or clear" part of it.;-)

Well to be honest even though I was born and brought up here in N Maine . I spent most of my adult life flying up in ALASKA , so this certainly isnt that cold! I do have a new fiberglass canopy for the tractor and will probably get a canvas cab to pull down over the canopy for next winter; just to keep the wind off, but dont want it on there in the summer; but I just cant see $4-7000 of value in any Cab; I have looked at . They must be making a killing on them; as there sure isnt much to them; and they want a fortune for them????

How do I see your picture #15??? Have no idea where its located. And I am very firmilar with the fact that LOTS of guys have made up adaptors over the years for lots of different plows. However we are trying to stay with the standards so will try out the JD system with QD and if there is enough interest would draw up one for the Kabotas QD system as we have alot of Fisher blades available up in New England so it would be something that ANYONE could just hook to their blade and install QDs to hook up the hoses and away you go............... we will see how it works ..... sounds like you have had great sucess with that system so that is good news!

Hum;;;;; well I may have said that wrong about the loader as I didnt want to discourage you about it I was just bringing up the point that the 300CX will lift 1600 plus lbs with a 13.9gpm pump and since the 3203 pump is rated slightly less at 13.3 it wouldnt quite lift the full potental of the 300CX loaders hydro clyinders ............. you would however have the heavyer loader that is ALOT ruggeder and you can then add the WIDER bucket and go to the 6ft over the standard lightweigh 5ft that is a big deal if you are moving snow around............[1/4 yard vs 1/3 yard] probably a non issue with you there???? Anyway I sure hope I didnt lead you believe that it was a big issue as the 13.3 pump will lift about 95.68% of a 13.9 pump or the difference between 1600lbs and 1531 lbs so you are starting to split hairs here????
So it lifts 4 1/2% less................... I doubt if you could see the differance............ anyway there is all the other bennies of the heavyer loader and as far as the warrantee is consirned I have seen ALOT more than mine rigged up this way and we all have full warrantee........
This little tractor with that loader is a heck of a good combo for short money.............

Well you are not really comparing apples to apples here as the comparable tractor to a 3203 is an L 3400 at least as far as Kabota thinks, as thats how they compare them on their website. The JD tractor is a little longer, and little wider and little heavier when you spec them out. The Kabota has 2 more horsepower in the 3400, and it shows down at the PTO as more. The JD has better preasures hydro wise, and it shows up in all the lifting specs,1868 vs 1435 at the 3 point hitch. One thing a person needs to be careful of here is that the 3203s are often advertised at just under 16 grand as a price leader, and that is with a Standard 300 series loader ................. DONT buy that loader, as it is the standard loader on a JD 790 and you wont be happy .... it only lifts about 850lbs . The 300X series lifts the same as the Kabota or about 1200lbs or so. And if you want to get the most outta your 3203, have them install the CX 300 series that lifts 1600 lbs. There has been alot of comments on forums here on the internet, about the 3203 not lifting as much as the other 32 hp tractors; and it all came from people buying them with the little 790 loaders on them???? The little 2800 Kabota is a fine little tractor, and a good friend of mine bought one used with 13hrs on it in MINT condition for 12 grand, and I tryed it out, and had to say that compared to the L3400 it is WAY low on power to run a hydrostatic transmission......... 29hp and hydro just dont get it........... and even 32hp in the 3203 is minimum. I thought that the 34hp Kabota worked sweet with the hydro but the little 29hp showed its weakness when we put it to work.............. as far as money goes if you shop hard you can buy a 3203 with an X series loader that lifts 1200lbs for say high 15 teens. You will pay 18,500ish for the L3400s and that was my choice after tying them out; but the $2300 savings on the JD with a heavyer loader swayed me to the "Greenline"
I bought the 3203 with a CX300 series loader, HD 73" Bucket,Block heater, and they loaded the rear tires with Rimguard for low 16's out the door..............
In short if you like a 2800 Kabota tractor that is a heck of a nice size, but if you want a hydrostatic trans then I would advise you to look into more horsepower???
