<br>I'm looking to pick up a compact tractor, and I'm fighting with the new versus used issue. Seems new tractors just cost more than I think I really want to spend, and there doesn't seem to be much used in my price range. I'm looking for 18-21HP, 4WD, with a loader, Hydrostatic and Power Steering (my wife's got to drive it too, and she is not too excited on shifting). Can a good used tractor be found in this range that's not 20 years or more old? Seems my price target for a used tractor would be $6000-$8000. Do used tractors just not drop in price much? On the new side, MF has some compacts that are a little bit more economical than Boomers and JD, but is this a good brand? Thanks for any advice!<br>
