Trying to determine resale value for my Father's tractor since he is now in retirement center and no longer able to use. He bought tractor new in 1990. MF 1030 2WD Serial Number 03492 HP23 Trans Fwd 12/3Rev Tractor has 431.2 Total Hours (Yes 431.2 Hours) Tractor has been serviced every 50 Hours. I think he paid $10,500.00 when he bought it new. Tractor located in Atlanta,GA area. I would certainly appreciate any help it trying figure out how much to ask for tractor. Tractor has been used to maintain 3 acres.

I want to do core aerification on my lawn this spring and also use pre-emergence crabgrass control. I will probably do these a couple of weeks apart. Which one should I do first or does it make any difference? Also, can anyone recommend a liquid or a sprayable product for pre-emergence control" Thanks for your assistance.
