One more thing.On the Yanmars with thermosiphon Yanmar recommends no more than 30% concentration of antifreeze.Most find that any more than 30% anti freeze overheats the tractor.Do as the other posters suggest and make sure that the Radiator is clean inside and out.let us know how ya turn out.<br>Keith

Brad,<br>I dunno about the particulars on your prospect,but here in south Mississippi Belarus has a real bad reputation in connection with the heat.Seems that the air cooling just does not keep up with our southern heat and humidity well at all.I have a Yanmar Grey and in my experience they sell for more than a Belarus.In the equipment auctions around here you can't hardly give them away.They are selling the other brands as quickly as they get them,JD,Kubota,etc seem to have no problem with our heat.Just my 3 cents (adjusted for Klintons taxes)...do your homework first!!!!<br>KeithD

I got a chance to buy a finish mower.used. very used.real used. Problem is that it needs some repair,and I've never heard of the brand,its United Farm Supply.I have the model number and serial number,it has a problem with one of the pulley spindles,whoever had it let the bolts that attach it to the mower deck come loose and elongate the holes.I think I can weld them up and redrill them,but I wanna know if I need blades or something like that can I get them?<br>2) The same person has a John Deere PTO tiller.this thing is HUGE.At least 6'.Will my Yanmar grey 2500 handle it okay (27 Hp engine)? And,is there anywhere to get replacement tines for it besides JD? She told me her late husband priced them and they were 300.00 from JD...ouch....any Ideas?<br>I have made a bid of 400.00 for both of them,they look pretty rough but I think I can make them work...any comments appreciated..<br>KeithD<br>Picayune,MS<br>

Hey fellas,I gotta disagree somewhat.I work just as hard for my money as the dealer does,and if I can save another 100-200 dollars you can net yer butt I will!! I just went through the same thing when I bought my grey Yanmar.The local dealer had two tractors on the lot that sat there for a year with nothing done to them and wanted 200.00 more than what I bought. I went back for a top link at my local dealer and she didn't want to sell me one....she made up every delay to try and make me go elsewhere.Now I want a landpride finish mower and she sells them, an attitude like that...guess what...she's not getting my business! The grey market tractors almost without exception dont have live pto.So they need a overunning clutch.Some of the smaller tractors don't either.I am almosr sure the L2500 kubota doesnt have live pto.I have a Yanmar 2500 grey and I am gonna look for one (overunning clutch) and until I do have one I wont use the pto for ANYTHING.Tractor Supply has them.But they have 50 badrillion different kinds,and I'm not sure which one to get!!!<br>Keith
