I did want to use a tiller, I also have an auger I would like to use. It fits on my 3 pt, just needs power source.

Art, how about a rear power take off. I see one advertized used that came from a CC, can it be bolted on to the rear differential of my 1812 hydro? I believe this came from a CC gear drive, don't know what model, but it is a WF CC.

I would like to replace the Magnum18 in my Cub Cadet 1812. I noticed the Command series engines are cheaper. The best price I found on a Magnum is $1600. I can buy a new CH25 for $1200. Anyone know what spec code would work? I believe the Magnum to be 24646. I know the shft height is the same, I know I need an 1 1/8" X 2 51/64. Any input? Where is best place/price to get engine?

I'm glad you all talked me out of it, I thought it was something I SHOULD do, nice to know I don't HAVE to.

Instead I'll concentrate putting a loader on a Toro 327.

I think the engine is well broken in, it has 200 hours on it and I have not had a problem before.

A friend has a 129 and claims he can lift 500 lbs. A loader would be fun. Is there an advantage to a two speed rear like a Wheelhorse D series or Case 446 or 448?
