Chris....I own a 1320 NH with a 7308 loader and heavy duty bucket, 68". The bucket is a little large for the tractor, need a little more rear weight, but it works great. I have moved 2 1/2 washed rock and plenty of dirt and snow with it. The one thing I would suggest is looking at something with quick-tatch bucket and attachments. Would really make the loader more versatile. Just my opinion. Good luck!

Carl....I'll have to locate a woods dealer. My New Holland dealer sell Westendorf loaders. They only offer the quick-tatch on the larger ones. Thanks and Happy Holidays everyone!

Roger....I saw a section that they had cut. They used a torch. The tanks had been setting for some time with open ventilation. I'll have to ask if they flushed them with water before hand. It was indeed a cheap way to make a blade. I priced moldboards from a steel didtributor and you can pick up a 6 foot molboard 24 inches tall for $60.00. That would be money well spent without the risk of ingesting shrapnel!

For anyone that has been interested in the filter thread. After replacing my hydraulic filter for the 50 hr. maintenance with a Wix Filter I developed a terrible squall in the hydraulics. Well I stuck the factory filter back on to check to see if that would cure the problem. Well it did. Stuck the old one on and shazam! no more noise. From now on it's OEM when it comes to my tractor filters.Cliff

Well I'll throw in my $.02 worth. I have New Holland 1320. I just did the 50 hr. maintenance on it. Replaced the HST filter with a New Holland and the hydraulic filter with a Wix (have used wix ilters all my filter changing life). I now have a problem with squalling hydraulic pump @ full throttle. Stopped by a New Holland dealer to pick up a New Holland hydraulic filter but he didn't stock one. I am going to slap the old one back on to see if this eliminates the problem and then replace with factory filter. Believe it or not the factory filter was cheaper than the Wix replacement. Will post the results tomorrow.

Really wasn't all that cold. Loader had been setting outside and tractor was inside though. Temp was probably in the upper 20's. I brought tractor and loader inside and let set for quite some time. I had just changed engine oil and hydraulic and HST filter also. I did notice a leak at the hyd.oil cooler and tightened fittings, this was during prior use when it was warm. This led me to think I may have gotten some air in the system. After leaving the tractor inside for quite some time it still squalled terribly at full throttle. As I was taking it back outside to remove the loader I noticed when I lifted the loader some jerking. The tractor only has 50 hrs. on it so I can't think I have a hyd. pump problem although anything is possible. Any impute would be appreciated.

Hi Roger,<br>Thanks for the information. I think the Rhino is the way to go, with the end<br>plates. I think I am going to go with a 6 foot blade. My 1320 should handle<br>it. Cost is around $650.00 for the 500 series with tilt, angle, and offset,<br>less end plates. The 550 with the hydraulic offset option runs another $50<br>bucks, less cylinder. The next thing will be a tiller and then a landscape<br>rake. I noticed that Landpride offers a landscape rake with the end plates<br>and scraper attachment. Looked like a nice setup, doubt it has the weight to<br>do any serious blading though.<br>I can't believe all the things you can get for these compacts. I did have<br>the opportunity to see a trimmer that attaches to the top of a rear mount<br>finish mower. They use a blade system similar to the new rotary hay cutters.<br>All hydraulic and spring loaded and trims at the same height that you are<br>mowing at. You simply pull up to a tree or whatever you are mowing around<br>and drop the trimmer, pull up and then past tree. The trimmer is spring<br>loaded and will trail mower as it passes tree and then spring back to<br>position, can add as much as 52

What a great forum, died and gone to heaven! I have come across a '98 NH1320,4x4, hydrostat, 7108 loader and NH 6 ft. finish mower, also has fiberglass top and turf tread. Unit only has 14 hrs. Price is $16,000.00. Is this in the ballpark? Thanks!

I recently bought the TC33D. I had looked at the older boomer tractors (the 1630 is one of them)<br>but I like the features on the new boomers. I agree that the TC25D and TC29D <br>have the same engine...one's just tweeked for hp. I don't have many hours on my<br>TC33D yet, but I love the power, and the features. If it performs as folks have<br>told me it will, I will be very happy with it.<br>Good luck with your decision, but I like the other comment above about the warrenty.<br>Something about piece of mind!<br>

I just recently bought the NH TC33D and like it very much. I looked at the <br>and John Deere. I liked the NH features the best. Also, I decided that I <br>didn't like what metal looked like in ten years. I've seen too many that<br>needed repainting on the hood and fenders. I got mine with the Ag tires, <br>bucket loader, and a Rhino rotary mower. So far, very happy with the power and<br>features. I also like the pricing the best on the NH. <br>Wish you luck with your decision.

I just bought a NH TC33D Boomer. I've been doing alot of research and have <br>heard quite good things about the TC Boomer series. I have heard of some <br>problems with the older series, particularly the 1715, 1725, etc. My friend,<br>who is an excavator / landscaper and an avid JD fan, spoke very highly of the<br>NH Boomer TC line.<br>Since I just purchased, I don't have alot of first hand experience, but if I do<br>encounter an problems, I'll be posting them.<br>Good luck in your decision. Hey folks, I just bought the NH TC33D. After much though, several test drives,<br>and lots of good feedback, I decided on the Boomer. Even my friend who is a true<br>John Deere fan and does excavating/landscaping for a business recommended the<br>Boomer. <br>I got a TC33D, with the 7308 68

60" rotary mower for $19,591. I thought it was a pretty good deal. The comparable
JD 4300 was about $1,000 higher. I liked the Boomer features better.

I have been pricing a Boomer TC33D (hydro), fwd, with a 7308 bucket loader. <br>I've gotten a price of $18,700+ delivered, with tires filled with calcium<br>for weight. Right now, NH is offering 7.9% financing up to 60 months. <br>Seems like a fairly good deal, and I haven't started to haggle yet. The <br>JD 4300 similarly equipped has come in around $19,700+. Right now I am leaning <br>towards the Boomer.<br>Hope this helps.
