I did see that knob underneath the seat, on the floorboard that says open, close, fast, slow. I will try that again now that I know what it is. I do not think it is damaged from a hard hit. The Last time I used it was releasing the mower deck off of the Ez 3ph hitch. Once I released the deck I just raised it and left it. The linkage works fine and the pin spins when I raise the yellow spin button. I just can't get the 3ph down. Crazy. Can they freeze up? Maybe penetrating oil? When I do activate the lever on my right side to raise and lower it there does not seem to be any engagement. any other ideas? I appreciate you guys!
