Property: 20 acres in Mendocino county at 3000' elevation. Built house in 1980, recently had 3/4 acre pond dug. Preparing to plant grapes on about 1 acre. Lots of wood - hope to get a nice black oak wind fall this coming winter, now that I've got a way to get it to a local mill |
