Have you tried a dealer? I think various after-market suppliers distribute 'ready-make' kits through dealers. A local hydraulics shop should be able to fabricate one easily. If you search the archives here I think a dealer posted sometime back who received an order of them. He described his as having check valves installed to maintain a more constant adjustment. I'm not entirely certain how these valves work (something pilot operated I imagine) but that might be an option worth thinking about. Mine is just a plain old double acting cylinder but it does the job. ....

I also got fristrated and fabricated my own. Got the cylinder from SurplusCenter and the link ends from a local farm supply store. I don't have a check valve on my setup either, but it works fine. Total cost was under $100.
You may try Intergrated Engineering, They have top'n'tilt kits. ....

I have been shopping for a top and tilt kit myself. Integrationengineering.net, Terrain Contour Control, complete kit was quoted at 1250.00, you install. I checked w/dealer and he will install complete top and tilt kit with kubota valves and all hardware for 1450.00. What do ya'll think? ....

Easternfarmmachinery (a Canadian site) has one in their catalogue for 660$US. I don't know which category hitch it's for and I don't think it includes valves etc. All these quotes seem pricey to me but I think I'd go with a high quality cylinder. Especially without check valves (lock outs) a leaky cylinder that allows the blade angle to drify would be a pain.
My cylinder is for a CAT II hitch and it's slightly long for a CAT I hitch. I use sleeves to size the loops down for CAT I pins. I guess that's an alternative is CAT I types are in short supply. The extra length isn't bad for my use since it will roll the box up far enough to get as aggressive as I usually want. There is an advantage to being able to roll it down further than needed for spreading so it'll compact fresh gravel a bit without picking up much material. ....

Go to Carter & Carter machinery (ccmachinery dot com) and ask for Mark. He is a regular poster here as Ironpeddler. They sell top links with double pilot operated check valves for $150 or $170 depending on size. I have one and it works perfectly. ....

I think you will find that the kubota price is just for the valves and hoses. The top link and tilt link cylinders and hoses will be priced seperately. I rolled my own on my B2710 using a Prince SV 3-spool valve with CCM top link and TCC side link cylinders. Total cost came to about $900. Best tractor investment I have made. ....
