I hopped a ride on a B2410 this week and noticed that it didn't have a hole for the MMM cutting deck dial like my BX, which has a suspended cutting deck. For those of you who own one, does the 2410 -- or the other B-series for that matter -- use a deck that's suspended or one that rides on its own asjustable wheels? I like the suspended deck because it leaves no tracks in wet grass/soil and doesn't bang off rocks or roots that stick up. How big of a pain is it cutting with a deck that rides on its own wheels? And how easy/hard is it to adjust the deck for different cutting situations?

Auggie in the world of mower decks the BX is what they call a suspended deck and the B-series as well as L-series uses a ground engaging deck. Both have there pluses and minuses as you did bring up the favorable of the suspended deck. Some have a preference for a ground engaging deck. Both will work fine it just depends on conditions. ....
