Kubota B7300 - Fair Price

I have a '99 B7300 with a LA272 Front Loader, RCK 54-24B Mower Deck, and Kubota Dirt Box. 229 hours. Great shape and used gently. Anyone have an opinion w/ regard to a fair asking price? The machine is located in Dallas, TX.

As I check out your B7300, I get the impression that it has not been worked hard at all. Being that the case, The tractor alone brings about $8000.00, add the FEL at $1700.00, add about $500.00 for the mower, maybe $250 for the box. I come up with a ball park $10450.00 - $10500.00.
