For $4000 I can buy a Mitsubishi MT180D(4x4 19hp) with a 5' Woods RM360 a 4' box blade and a 6' standard rear blade. All equipment is in excellent condition and the tractor only has 500 hours. The mower is 3 years old and like new. Both balds are heavy duty with cutting edges. Is this a good price?

As far as the tractor goes, it is an nice tractor at a honest price. If youwould buy these very implements it moves up to being a good price. If you knowa local dealer who admires this make and looks forward to providing partsand service then it becomes an excellent price! Many people would not buy thistractor because it is not one of the popular brands with dealer support. This will affect the resale, and does require that you becomfortable with routine maintenance and mechanically knowledgeable - for yourown peace of mind even if you are not going to do the work yourself. Fabulous deal! I just paid $4500 for an identical tractor with 1000 hours, now I'm acquiring the attachments. The only problem seems to be where to get parts if (when) you need them. I have not found anyone supporting Mitsubishi in the U.S. ....
