we recently purchased a YM1700, serial number 2TR17-816734. Would anyone in Yanmar land know the date of manufacture of this unit? It is 2 cyl, 2WD, has rice tires on it. It appears to be new in all aspects, purchased at an auction. It appears that it was thrown together out of the crate as we've had to tighten it up on the linkages and fenders, all appears new. Your comments would be greatly appreciated. Got it for light implement duty on our farm. Thank you.

They built the last YM1700 in 1979 I believe. ....
