I was looking at some JD 4600 and 5210 tractors and dropped in on the CaseIH dealer. He had a 7360 with a 485 loader. I was impressed with this tractor, even though it was a little shy on the HP at 36HP. I was given a price of 21500.00, but not sure if this is a good price or not. JD pricing for the 4600 43HP was 21000.00, and the 5210 53HP was 24000.00 but none of these 2 tractors had a front end loader. Anyone out there in the know about the 7360?

I own a 7260. The 7360 is the newest and largest of the Cub line(at this time). My 7260 is one tough tractor. I would imagine the7360 is heavier and has higher specs all around. You will find this Cub tractor line has been around for many years. In recent years, increases in hp and standardizing on only gearor hydro has been the trend. ....

I think this 7360 is the newest model for Cub Cadet. With the loader, I seemto recall this being a very good price, since they are selling or advertising thetractor by itself for l9,995.In addition, doesn't this model have the new shuttle transmission ? I brieflysaw one in Walton, N.Y. - It is larger than the 7260 series and I do seem toremember the shuttle transmission. ....

Richard, this does have a Fully Synchronized Shuttle Shift transmission with 8 foward and 8 reverse dual range, but what is confusing is it's suppose to be a 4WD Hydrostatic and not a gear drive???? Sticker price was 23931.00 with a cash price of 21500.00, the tractor itself is priced at 18854.00. It is a 4 cylinder too and not a 3 like the rest of the models. ....
