2001 TD33 Price help Please

Hydrostatic, 444 hrs, FEL, Aerator,Lawn Renovator,Pallet forks,Grader box.
They are asking 16,500 for the tractor and FEL. What do you think? Tractor looks like new, haven't driven it yet.
What would you think for the whole package? (He says they paid 27,000 new for all)

The owner (small lawn co that merged) says he'd been asking 22,500 for the whole package including a very nice, very heavy tandam axle trailer/brakes. Sounds like he's ready to get it off the parking lot of their small place. IF it runs perfect what would you offer for such a package? ....
