It is more or less the going price. I didn't think it was worth 50% more than the (nearly) comparable Howse or King Kutter box blade. YMMV.

Box scrapers are pretty rugged implements, but if they break it's usually the 3ph mounts. Some lower end scrapers don't have the heavy-duty mounts you’d expect in a pricey name brand scraper. On the other hand, several major short line suppliers have pretty well designed scrapers. My NH dealer changed his short line box scraper supplier to Farm King due to some 3ph mount problems with a previous supplier. ....
