I recently began looking for a used tractor to use on my horse ranch. Until now I'ver been using an old Ford NAA. But it has no loader and a rototiller cannot be used, so my use has beeen extremely limited. I've always heard good things about Kubota, so that is where my search has begun. I found a L-3450 that seems to be the size I am used to. It has 5400 hours on it. After exhuastive research on the internet, I have not found any comments on this model. Is it a good model or is it one to stay away from?? Is 5400 hours too many hours. How long could a person expect to operate a tractor before it needs major repair? ANY COMMENTS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Try these two URL's:

http://www.machinerylink.com

http://www.machinefinder.com

They'll get you started.

5400 hours seems like an awful lot of the machine's service life may be past.
