JD990-430 loader

Does anyone know how to increase the lifting capacity on a new 990 with a 430 loader-it just doesn't have nearly the power of the 99 JD 4300 that I had that also had a 430 loader-other than that I like the tractor much better than the 4300!!

The 4300 has 2500 psi hydraulics. The 990 has 2262 psi hydraulics. The psi gives you the power. The flow tells you how fast it can apply that power. Unless you can increase the system pressure on the 990, you're gonna have to settle for less power (lift). This, of course, only applies because you are comparing the exact same loader on two different machines. (disclaimer)
