Does anyone have good cross references for oil and hydralic filters for a 98 Cub 7260. The local Fleet and Farm has oil filters but hydralics is a mystery Even auto parts stores are clueless and implement dealers want an arm and a leg. Are there any other options?

Hi. I poked around a couple of years ago looking for filters for my 7265. I even went through the trouble of finding and getting to know the Baldwin Filter Reigonal rep. Here's the scoop last I knew. NAPA makes the engine oil filter. I don't remember the # and its snowing pretty good at the moment and I'm not going out to look! Hydraulic and Hydro are dealer items. The baldwin guy crossed every # on the box and filter and even took the photos I gave him to a national meeting. Sure enough they have filters that LOOK the same and even have the same threads and seats but he could not assure the same filter properties and heaven knows what these mitsubishi OE ones are. ....

Thanks for the info. I quess the im[plement dealers are in business for a reason. It is good toknow that I can find an oil filter at NAPA. ....
