NH Users,
I was recently quoted $20,300 for a new TC29D (no SS, R4 tires) that included the FEL, 5' brush hog, 5' finishing mower, and post hole digger (all Brush Hog brand attachments. Does this sound reasonable? I had originally wanted to purchase a larger machine, but found that the TC40D was way to big for what I wanted to do.
Also, I have noted some significant differences in loading capabilities between the the TC29D and the JD4300 (slightly larger unit) Seems like the JD FEL has significantly higher loading abilities. Any comments on this?
Thanks for your input

The Lift Capacity specs for the JD 420 and 430 loaders( 1195# & 1258#) are given at the pivot pin, at least in the brochure I have. I BELIEVE the NH 7308 loader spec of 800# is at 24" this would explain most, if not all of the discrepancy in capacity. (not sure about this, you may want to verify w/NH)
